The service provided by Carmen has been very good indeed. My Carmen shaver developed a fault and the shaver was quickly replaced - no quibble.

The regular and clear communication from both Carmen and the courier was also very good and appreciated.

Bought a carmen rechargeable heat bottle
It stopped working so I contacted Carmen the seller on TikTok shop this was May they read the message no reply
Then last week Oct they decided to reply and asked me to take photos of the faulty product …well I could if you had replied sooner but no you left if Months
Not amused Carmen with your faulty products of your customer service do better

I chose this Travel hairdryer as it would fit my needs as someone who travels a lot.
I used it at home several times without issue.
The first time I took the TRAVEL Hairdryer abroad, it broke on the third use. The TRAVEL Hairdryer began making a awful noise and rattling whilst spewing out smoke. I immediately unplugged the TRAVEL Hairdryer.
I sent an email to Carmen expecting an apology and an offer of a replacement, I genuinely believed they would be horrified to hear that my TRAVEL Hairdryer had almost caught fire.
I was most disappointed when the response was that as the TRAVEL Hairdryer had travelled, the warranty was no longer valid!!!
I was given the exact paragraph of this stipulation in the ONLINE version of the warranty, this is not mentioned anywhere in the packaging or in the enclosed documents.
So, a warning to anybody considering buying a TRAVEL Hairdryer from Carmen, only get it if you don't want to TRAVEL with it!!!!

My Carmen hair straighteners were a gift I had trouble registering for the extra2year guarantee. I contacted Diane at customer service and she sorted it out for me straight away. Thank you Diane 😊

Excellent communication from start to finish. My hairdryer was a gift and on opening it up I found the nozzle was missing. I got in touch and Holly was very quick to respond. Advising the nozzle was currently out of stock but stating when I should get back in touch. Nozzle promptly arrived and I'm trilled with the results. Quickly dried my hair and less frizz that my current hairdryer. Excellent service.

I purchased a hairdryer a few days ago and their was no nozzle in the box, and as it was the last one in the shop I thought I’d email Carmen directly to ask come they send one out, Absolutely first class communication from Diane at Carmen, so fast to answer and hopefully a nozzle on its way to me. If only all companies was so helpful and efficient, thanks Diane👏👏

I'm not sure where these 5 star reviews for customer service are coming from. As other reviewers have said it seems impossible to get a response so the warranty is worthless.
One product (rechargeable hot water bottle) arrived faulty and I wanted a simple exchange but despite messaging via the website as instructed I got nothing.
Products might be fine and maybe customer service is ok if you get a response but my experience was tumbleweed so I returned to Amazon and am thankful I didn't go direct.

used this carmen hairdryer in a air bed and breakfast thought it was so good both my friend and i bought one !! really effective dryer ,very cute looking with great colours , would thoroughly recommend . well done Carmen

I have a rechargeable hot water bottle that was 18 months old and was not heating properly and appeared 'bloated'. I thought i had registered for the extended warranty but could not find the paperwork. I contacted Carmen explaining the issue and asked them to check about the warranty. I had a very prompt reply from Diane at Customer Services with apologies and offering a replacement item. This was no hassle free experience, and I am now just waiting to receive the new bottle.

I purchased a 2200W HAIR DRYER model c81231COP,I bought it in my local Tesco Store in Belfast. Got it at a great price only£11.00.It is great.I like it because its light weight and easy to use.Im so pleased with results after drying my hair with it.It also is compact enough to take on holiday.I highly recommend this hairdryer!!

A very quick response to my faulty product from the service team at Carmen ,from the moment of complaint to my replacement, it took less than a week to resolve. From an initial telephone call and a few subsequent email communication's everything was sorted in a professional manner.this is why I always prefer to buy British where possible, if any issues after sales are available.(and will be handled quickly). Love this Carmen rechargeable hot water bottle. So much safer than using boiling water and it stays hot for ages. Super convenient to just plug in and go. Would definitely recommend!

Easy i to use and light to hold

Was very dubious about a rechargeable hot water bottle, but after just one use, I am completely convinced.

5 hours is the stated expected run time and 9 hours later it was still warm in the bed. It heats up quickly and is genuinely a great product.

I've just purchased a grooming set.
So far I've not been able to understand the instructions.
I'll try again but I think I'll be taking it back.

I finally managed to sort it out. The product is now fine.
Confusing instructions made it difficult.

I received “shaving machine” from them, is not actually cutting the hair but is pulling out! What a horrible machine with plastic blade! Even a toy machine will cut my beard better! I waited few days to receive it and big disappointing!
