After nearly three years of trying to resolve a straightforward issue, I've given up hope that Car Mats Culture intends to honour the commitments it made.
My original concern was that the Suzuki Jimny mats I received did not provide the fitted coverage shown or implied in the product images. Importantly, this was not a case where the company consistently denied there was a problem. The owner publicly acknowledged that the design did not naturally cover part of the rear hump area and offered a free customisation to address it.
The company then proposed an in-person assessment and measurement process. However, when I later attempted to arrange the visit, I was told it could not proceed due to a warehouse relocation and that I would be contacted once alternative arrangements were available.
That follow-up never happened.
Years later, after multiple attempts to revisit the matter, I was told the technical team had reviewed my case and found "no issue with the fit"—a response that completely ignored the company's earlier acknowledgement of the issue and the solution it had previously offered.
My disappointment is not just with the product. It's with the failure to honour commitments made to a customer and the lack of accountability shown over several years of correspondence.
If a company publicly offers a solution, customers should be able to rely on that promise being followed through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I have been patient, reasonable, and persistent for almost three years. In return, I've received excuses, forgotten commitments, and ultimately a refusal to acknowledge the history of the matter.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Car Mats Culture.
