Andrew and the team at carloan2day are simply first class… an independent company so you’re talking direct to the decision makers which feels very refreshing.
So friendly and always eager to help., I’ve been with them on and off for over 10 years and they are without exception my ‘go to’ for any form of motor finance.
If you’ve been unfortunate and experienced financial difficulties and maybe don’t have a perfect credit file talk to carloan2day., they also specialise in trying to assist whenever they can.
A great example of all round first class customer service, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding service
Michael made the process so easy and simple found me the best quote. Found the car on a Friday and notified Michael, paper work near completion, test drove car on the Sunday. E signed later that day car was ready to collect on the Monday. Amazing service. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Rude staff with a vile director
I purchased a car in November 2022 and very quickly things started to go wrong with it. I approached the garage and was ignored several time despite texts and voicemails being left so I approached the finance company and was 'fobbed off' over and over again. Funnily enough, their calls arent recorded so they state I had never called. Eventually, the ombudsman told me to get an ACE vehicle inspection so I did, I am currently awaiting this in order to take this company to court. The coolant was found to he contaminated due to cement which has been poured in the engine to hide the leaks at the point of sale, the car needed 4k worth of work doing to it, I have children to get to school so I had to get the work done. The car was in the garage and a non starter from January to February, March to April and May - now as it is beyond repair. The garage have confirmed the car was shocking and absolutely not fit for purpose at the point they received it. This is absolutely laughable. The car has been tampered with to get it sold. The stamps on the service book are fraudulent, the garage named on the stamp have stated they have never had this car in their garage, does that not set the scene and account for something? This company us quick to take your money and then they block you so you cannot contest, absolutely disgusting. All you have to do is check all the other reviews to set the scene. Absolute rip off. I now have a car on my drive which I am having to pay finance on and can't use, I'm also having to pay for a new car and my mortgage etc in a cost of living crisis. Absolutely shocking.
