On December 23, 2025, I requested £500 from a phone in Petersfield for Christmas gifts, but received nothing. My account was debited so I couldn't get any money otherwise. As of early March, it still hasn't been refunded.

Went to use cashpoint run by these clown today cardtronics didn't give me my money but debited my account I strongly avoid using there cash points never got my money back either £340 out of pocket. Avoid by all means possible

Inserted card into their machine at the Co-op food store Duke Street, Douglas, did not dispense my money but debited my account. Chased up with my own bank who I do not blame for this incident. Avoid using any Cardtronics operated machine as they do not hold a banking license and their customer service is appalling. When other ATM's, bank owned and operated ATM's have a similar fault your account does not get debited, with cardtronics they do debit your account even if you do not receive your money. I've just been to their ATM and taken a picture showing the screen displaying a fault. This company should not be allowed to offer ATM services in the UK. Absolute disgrace.

I used a local cashpoint machine and midway through the transaction, the system rebooted, withholding my card. I did note that the software is Microsoft Windows 7 which has not been supported by Microsoft since January 2020 so I now have doubts about the ability Cardtronics to either operate ATM's or to keep my banking data secure. When I called the number on the ATM for advice, the agent advised me that the system was rebooting and an engineer had been allocated to visit the machine. However, after the reboot, and knowing an engineer was being sent, the ATM was left looking fully functional rather than being taken off-line so I would love to know how many more cards this machine will collect over the weekend.

I used the Cashzone machine outside Asda to get some money out and without any warning I was charged a £2 penalty for using it.

There was no warning of any kind either stickers on the machine or on the screen.

I phoned Cardtronics and they said I was lying I must have been warned.

I blame Asda really for switching from Barclays machine which was there before.

In future I wont use a Cashzone machine.

Has anyone recently had this problem I've never used this ATM machine however this is the address that's coming up for money that was taken from my cash app card and when I look up the placei its called dairy Mill this is the location that's showing up how is this even possible without access to my card or a PIN number how was this even done.?? Do they have a telephone number of any sort.

Used the atm at Bicton heath Co-op,the machine looks like it’s come from a war zone.
Drew £80 out got my card back but no money.
The number to call on the machine is useless,just tell you to call your bank.
Called my bank got it sorted.
This machine & others I’ve used are always going wrong.
Will not use them again,total rubbish.

NCR.com now split into 2 companies - NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos. My experience is with NCR Atleos and Cardtronics UK Ltd.
I have a premises with a Fast Cash Machine supplied by NCR and serviced by Cardtronics. Due to ongoing issues and the fact the property need maintenance, the fast cash machine needs to be removed.
Since June 2024 I have been trying to contact someone, by Phone, email and letters. When your lucky enough to speak to someone, you get a stock answer that someone will get in touch with you.
NOBODY has - I have even had to get legal involved.
They just blank you - but they have told me that the machine must remain switch on. There is no money in the machine, but it continues to Advertise for them.
So, it is now 18/10/24 and once again I am back to legal to try and get a response.
I have lost a lot of Time and Money as I booked work to be done, but can't proceed before this machine is removed.
A total Scam and not a business to be associated with.

Well it only has one star because no stars is not an option. I note from other reviews that I am far from alone in having a transaction fail on a Cardtronics cash point three weeks ago with a note jam and despite a message telling me my account has not been debited the money was taken from my account. The machine was put back into service after a few hours so it's transaction logs and jammed note counting mechanism should have speeded my refund but it seems Cardtronics do not refund money without a protracted fight. My bank, Barclays, simply raise the matter with Cardtronics then wash their hands of it despite telling me there is a FCA code of conduct which requires a dispute to be resolved within 12 working days, but when it goes beyond that limit do not chase the matter and refuse to speak with me about what is happening. Yes I need my money back but I also what information on what is happening. But then I'm only a little person and they are large important companies so they can walk over me FCA code of conduct or not.
I also note from Companies House that Cardtronics UK now have one director in London, no company secretary in London and a second director resident in Brazil, methinks all is not well there, I would like a proper definition of fraudulent transaction, seems that Barclays do not treat unauthorised withdrawals from a customer account as fraud.

Used their machine yesterday didn’t get my money rang them they said it should go in within 20 min proof on their side machine didn’t give my money. Had to ring bank waiting on dispute rang this mob again today told me to ring bank which I did saying nothing they can do when yesterday guy told me it would go back in my account hopeless can’t even get their story straight so angry no help at all just get your money and run that’s what they hope for. Don’t use their machines if your reading this don’t ask me to contact you. You can contact me you have my number when I rang yesterday and today never again.

Sitting here now in my post office listening to the locks being drilled off the door of the internal atm that the clowns who removed it .he has broken 9 drill bits.the final insult of the clowns who took the keys when the atm was finally removed 3 months after the 5 year cast iron contract finished and the revenue to me was around 8 pounds a month.
The worst decision I've ever made was to allow these into my business. You have been warned...

This cash machine at Asda dagenham Merrieland is a. fraud, it takes money off my account without dispensing it. This is a terrible service and very suspicious cash machine outlet that needs to be investigated.

Would give 0 if possible, Barclays left Asda local, don't know if they chose these crooks or how it works, 10 times I've tried to get cash, only once successful, rest there's a problem with the card or whatever lousy excuse, main screen the most you can withdraw £50, you press other as per rules or your bank, excuses, no money, check bank activity, shows withdraw, then credited same day, what crap is this, lucky I guess from reading reviews, mad at Barclays, big bank for selling cheep their arses .
Don't use ATM much but please get them out of Asda , Merrielands, Dagenham.

Scam don’t use there cash machines take money out of ur account but don’t give you cash a will refuse to pay back. Defo scam.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, tried to got £200 pound out of their machine in Berwick , it replied I had reached my limit yet no money had come out, tried again same thing I phoned this company they informed me they checked and the money had been jammed in machine I was then informed I had to inform my bank to open a dispute as money had come out of my account, 10-12 days this will take to come back, as if it could not refunded to my account straight away. If this had have been an OAP getting out the last of their money ?????

Never ever use this company’s cash points!! Absolute garbage sent through to a team that then sends messages the the people who “can” help!! Jokers!! Never use again!!

Worse service provided by this company. Have sent several emails and call to this Card Tronics to discuss removal of the ATM machine in my store, faced with nothing but stress as no one offers a service.

An absolutely horrific company. One of their ATMs retained my very elderly mother's card for no reason, and upon telephoning, she was told that her card wouldn't be returned whatever the reason for retaining it (and there wasn't one) and that she needed to get in touch with the bank that issued her card to arrange a new one and that s. Why are companies like this entrusted with people's bank cards at all?

I went to the ATM to get out my money at a petrol station and I asked for £220, it then said take your cash, but the draw was jammed the cash did not come out, it then said out of order, I went into the shell garage and they told me to ring a,number 0800 028 6923 I did they told me to raise a dispute with my bank which I'm doing, I've taken pictures of the machine, the out of order sign on it and as much as I can, I'm sat in a carpark of this petrol station no petrol no money and now having to wait for you to refund it which I need doing immediately, I've spoken to your team and got no where but excuses I'm sat in a cold car in a car park and 2 hungry kids at home screaming, my mums given me this money and I've got no where ringing the number on tye cash point, I'm now going name shame you on social media and to the ombudsman over this how you left me with no help nothing its going to press newspapers today, on social media twitter, Financial ombudsman, I will not be leaving it you left a disabled vunerable person with mental health and 2 children out of pocket £220 and you and your team does nothing to help I will do everything I can now name shame you to papers and online
