Bought a truck last year. Great service financed. Called today for information concerning the truck. Was answered in 5 minutes. Great place to look for a used vehicle.

It was an excellent experience. And after th e sale the guys were great two thumbs up

This company is doing false advertising it's NOT $39 even tho they say no matter your credit score just income matters they shove it your face with your credit past and make you pay a huge down payment not even worth going too if they lie to the public

Ok, I went in on a whim just to see what they had to offer. I tell you this, 1000% glad I did that day. They have been friendly, professional and upfront the whole way through. And the icing on the cake was the fabulous leasing company, Orbit Leasing. I just looked at my Credit rating today and I was nothing, NOTHING but pleased. So the whole experience has been in my opinion, hands down, THE BEST!!!!! And I even got the car I wanted, not one THEY decided was right for my situation. Thanks CARCITY and Orbit Leasing.

The ad is 39 dollars down all credit types but once I applied I was told 2000 down with no explanation of why false advertising

My car has some tweaks but it gets me and my family where we need to go!

the people are awesome and great. I know they aren't suppose to hold a vehicle, but since I was coming from Houghton, they held the one I wanted. I appreciate this. I have been telling everyone of my friends about the great treatment and service, and it would be great if we could have a Car City up here. I'll even take Barry for the manager, LOL. I just can't say enough. I am very pleased with the vehicle I chose.

I had a great experience with Car City. Steve at the Lansing location treated me with respect, and was very personable and knowledgeable. It was his level of service and attention that swayed my decision to go with Car City. I was working with a couple of other dealerships, but the positive experience I had here made the difference. I only hope the vehicle provides a similar positive experience.

Got us approved in good time, but didn’t seem to know what was going no at times. Did not know the reg. Code for handicap plates. So we have to spend 1 1/2 hours getting the right plate for the vehicle. And gas to get it changed. But other that we got a nice vehicle.

Car city is wonderful dealership to deal with

Good deal on a good car. Not sure of the inspections before sale because while on test drive the Traction Control light came on. After purchase took to a shop to have it recalibrated and to find the left outer tie rod end was bad. Extended warranty covered it. Upon my own inspection the air filter was filthy and the intake hose was not attached to the air filter housing. Whoever car city uses for their before sale maintenance needs to pay attention. I was pulling unfiltered air into the intake, luckily I am mechanically inclined.
