An utter shambles from start to finish. Rude, poorly signposted and entirely disorganised. We saved up to buy a voucher for my husband to drive 4 classic cara as a special 70th birthday present and bought him a night at a hotel near the track (Brands Hatch). He was looking forward to it for months, having had a great experience at track days run by other companies in the past. But the whole thing was a waste of time and money. We experienced long queues, and several rude, unfriendly staff. (No coffee was available at the kiosk despite cold weather). We were eventually herded into a freezing open concrete porch with ear-splitting music interspersed with shouted, echoing PA announcements no one could make head or tail of. After waiting ages we discovered my husband’s chosen cars were all ‘temporarily’ removed from the track due to sleety conditions, but he was told he had to stay in the freezing porch area and await further announcements. Eventually, after over an hour during which time he was visibly shaking with cold, he asked for an update and was told he was ‘next in line’ for one of his car choices, only to see someone else driving it! They were unable to give him any further update. Over two hours had gone by and he explained he was getting too cold. He was told to go back to the signing in desk as he could reschedule free given the circumstances, only to be told by a rude young woman there that if he did so he’d have to pay another £40 per car - so another £160!!! They then had the cheek to email us today asking for £80 for non-return of a paper lanyard!!! I actually think this whole thing may be a scam. AVOID. There are other, better companies out there who respect their paying customers.

Terrible experience my brother booked me a drive I selected MK 1 Cortina. I arrived on time 30 mins before my drive. Only to be told I would have to wait 4 hours. So 4 hours standing on a cold drafty airfield. We were treated like cattle don't bother booking with them. Very Very poor. They make you wait a long time so they can try to sell more drive what a con. They refused to give me a refund when I complained.

Great day out in wimbish today, great event and staff, the highlights were Peter with me in the Ferrari Cali t and the amg mercedess 100% recommend but get the early sessions before it gets busy

My husband had 2 cars to drive as a Xmas present from 24 could only book it for November 25 as the 2 cars he wanted to drive were only available in November 25 travelled 1 and 1/2 hours for this , Hellcat was an awesome car to drive but “ Doms charger “ was a bit of a let down and then I purchased the ultimate photo /video sd card package priced at £50 only to get home to find no photos on it when viewing on my iPad 😤 but managed to view them on a friend’s computer they should have made me aware that would be the case

We had an experience for a 3 high speed driving experience. Initially we were very disappointed with this, the cars not being available and then being told we couldn't “drive fast”. But after persisting with customer service quite a bit they have resolved this issue.

Instructor tuition was very good, great selection of cars, all staff friendly

My dads experience this morning, ques were long getting in but wait times between driving was very short, especially given the poor weather. Was a big shame at the end because the videos had been corrupted so didnt get the chance to save those otherwise a decent day out

Money hungry, soulless company. They don't care at all about your experience, they just care about getting the money in. They make it seem like a good price when you book but they'll take you on extra laps so you end up paying more, try to get you in other cars so you pay even more. Started off as a £30 experience and ended up nearer £200.

Staff at Donington Circuit are extremely unorganized and not friendly. The lack of communication is awful. We arrived 10 minutes early and walked into the building to find a piece of paper on the table saying "10.30 arrival - wait in the cafe". We waited until 11.40, most people had already gone out onto the circuit by then, but there was still a few who hadn't because they hadn't left any forms on the table for us to fill out. By the time they get some forms back on the table, we were talked to straight away. Well I say talked but the lady talked more to her colleague than us. We head out and the car has been ready for ages so my partner went straight on to the track. Zero communication for me and I had no idea how long it would take, where he would come out, or where I could watch. Considering I brought the experience as a present, I would have quite liked to watch but entry to a viewing platform would probably be £40 if they actually told you where it was.

It seemed very rushed as they were worried about running into their lunch break. But the actual experience took 10-15 minutes so I don't think running into their lunch will be too much of a problem when they're making £15+ a minute from one person, and they had quite a few other cars on the track at the same time.

It was a complete waste of time and money with so much unnecessary stress.

An absolutely amazing day at Donnington. All of the staff were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! The event was extremely well organised, the cars were in excellent condition and the instructors were incredible and patient. Every single person my partner and I interacted with was amazing. Thank you to everyone at Car Chase Heroes. This certainly made up for our not-so-great experience with a different company. It was an absolute pleasure!

Unreal experience. Easy to get carried away though🤣

My son (10) and daughter (13) went to the Leicestershire course over the weekend, driving a Porsche, Lamborghini and a Ferrari. The setup and experience was really good and they both had a great time. One instructor stood out to us (and the kids) - Barry, with the Ferrari (599). He was really good with both the kids and explained everything really well and gave them lots of positive feedback.

My granddaughter was in hospital.
The drives were for her father so obviously he couldn't make it. Wanted to rebook but because of the 7 day rule was going to cost an additional £29 per car, £87 in total. More than we paid for the original experience.
No flexibility at all, so didn't bother going.
A total ripoff!!!

I purchased this experience as a voucher for my Grampa as a present last Christmas. Upon booking in September ( costing an extra £45 to drive the Aston Martin DB5) we arrived at the venue to be informed that BuyAGift vouchers were no longer being accepted ( we were the fourth person tha morning to have vouchers refused) and if we wanted to do the experience we would have to pay the on the day rate and I would have to claim the voucher money back through the voucher company. I was then informed by the manager an email had been sent out to everyone, but was informed by the other member of staff quite a few people hadn’t received one.
The man who checked us in was as helpful and apologetic as he could be given the situation and did provide us a sight lap and High speed lap as a gesture of goodwill, Apologies I didn’t get his name. The actual experience was wonderful and my Grampa had the best day, it’s just a shame the organisation from head office and management is so poor when working along side voucher companies and then it is the rest of the staff who have to let the customers down by being the one to tell them. And I dare say deal with a lot of unhappy upset customers too.

I booked a day experience for my son's birthday the day wasn't on his birthday thank god otherwise it would of been ruined!
Staff really rude especially the Chinese woman ! Nope I'm not racist my partner is African. Disorganised a total rip off . They wanted extra money for a lap of speed 🤔the cars I booked for him we was told on the day one was broken so " we have booked this car for you" didn't get to choose? What's the point on booking day experience with cars you like if you don't get to drive? Yes breaking down can't be helped but at least ask or contact us a few days before to let us know then we can either have a refund or be happy with another car ! The car my son got was an old fashioned classic why would a 13 year old who's into sports cars want to drive that? I'd already paid the insurance what they had asked for then tried to take it again when booking in. The whole day is a total rip off! And the staff in the cars are extremely rude! You can tell their totally fed up with their job and people are paying for this . Please don't bother with this place !

First time visiting and will definitely be back. Fantastic experience
