They were great once, but then just vanished, some people are actually waiting for repairs to be returned, others paid for items that never showed up, ZERO contact from anyone at the company, call the NY police if you think you've been ripped off, these people just vanished from social media...

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! i have always loved their products!! but their warranty and replacement process is seamless!!!! they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i broke my engagement ring from my deceased partner, and they replaced it AND sent me an additional ring!!! Truly made my month!!!! I was hear broken about it breaking and they replaced it and gave me another new version!!! what they did for me was above and beyond!!!! could not have asked for a better out come!!!! I will be sure to purchase MORE!!!!! 15 out of 10 all day!!!! the people are quick to reply and had far surpassed what i though i might have to settle with, this is a GREAT COMPANY, and great people!!!! and awesome products!!!!! they have more than a life long customer from myself!!!

Stop sending me email marketing

I have not received the ring and you (customer service) has not responded to my email status requests for shipping/tracking information. At this point, I will be contacting my credit card provider to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. Very poor business practices.

Love the quality of the craftsmanship. Beautiful ring. I now have 3 different types of the Escher ring.

Initially ordered a mystery box of rings on the 4th November and after getting in contact was told they would be dispatched in the next week. After two weeks I reached again to ask if there was an issue with my order. After waiting a week with no response I requested to cancel as I was leaving the country and wouldn't be able to receive the delivery carbon 6 took this as the opportunity to dispatch the goods I'd no longer be able to receive and so won't refund me the purchase.

great product, great service

I have several Carbon6 rings and love them. However this ring order was very frustrating. It took a month for me to get my wide carbon fiber ring and the ring I got was defective or unfinished (it did not have the beveled edge, which is a signature of the wide ring). I sent an email to customer support and after not getting a response for over 2 days I sent a follow up and still no response and it has now been a week since my first email and 3 days since my second.

The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help make your purchase perfect.

It’s been 3 weeks no one got back with me on my purchase.

It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive the customized ring that I ordered. This was planned for a sentimental reunion out of the country and my plans seem to be ruined as it may not arrive before my family vacation trip starts. Customer service stated that I would receive the product earlier this week. 5 days later nothing and no direct way to contact a live person to resolve this issue.

This company is absolutely the best there is, their rings are excellent, durable, and sleek in design. My wife got my ring 5 years ago and it is still in perfect condition. Not only do they make great rings, they also have world class customer service and will go above and beyond for you.

Great carbon fiber ring. It’s my 3rd one from Carbon6 . Each was was meticulously made, and processed. One is a ring finger band, another is a glow in the dark left ring finger band and the last one I got a week ago was for my index finger band. The rings didn't arrive in time for my proposal, no one ever responded to my email, one of the rings we received was the wrong color, and we only received one UV light keychain despite ordering two rings. That being said, the rings are amazing and my fiancé loves his.

My fiance (now wife) and I had been engaged for a few years while we were working on some personal goals. Our projected timeline kept getting pushed back, so we finally decided to just get married at home with a justice of the peace.

When we ordered my wife's ring from another company, it was to arrive the day before the wedding. I ordered my ring with Carbon6, but was not sure if it would get to us in time.

Once I explained the situation to Valerie, she informed me that they would finish my ring and then overnight so that I could receive it on the wedding day.

The next day, actual wedding day, the mini ceremony was scheduled to start at 5:00pm and I received my ring 10 minutes before start time!

I was wondering how I would like my Carbon Wide Ring, and once I got it it was PERFECT! It has such a unique look to it and is very stylish/comfortable.

My wife and I live 20 minutes north of Boston, but she is originally from the Bronx and we are out there a lot. I would like to personally come and check you guys out next time I am in NYC.
