Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the review. We display our stock and suppliers stock levels as we can typically order in within a week. On this occasion both us and the manufacturer were out of stock and we had to wait longer to receive these once reproduced. Apologies for the delay, I hope otherwise the panel were to your satisfaction.
All the best. Cheers, Sas

Once they came into stock they moved heaven and earth and got them to me the next day so maybe i am being mean with my 4 stars.
would recommend and would use again.

A 2 week delay receiving my panels but staff very helpful.
My parcel came as one but paid 2 lots of delivery. So for these reasons I haven't given full 5 stars.
Welder appears happy with the panels and has saved a few hours work. Would definately recommend.

Hi Brett,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Regarding your order we did offer a full refund upon receiving your order but you said you could wait 1-1.5wk for delivery. It wasn't our intentions to be rude and I'm sorry you felt that way. Please do let us know if you ever need anything in future we can always provide ETA's before placing an order.
Cheers, Sas
Highly recommend

Hi Asim,
Thank you for the review. Apologies again for the slow fulfilment of your order but we had supplier delivery issues earlier in the year which caused delays in customers receiving their orders. I hope you'd consider using us again in future. If you need anything urgent please do just give us a call, email or drop us a message via live chat.

Great Customer Service
My order unfortunately got lost due to the courier, when I questioned where my order was the guy I spoke to at Car Body Panels was extremely apologetic and promised to get to the bottom of it. After he found out the courier had lost my items he immediately sent out replacements which I received the next day at no extra cost to myself. Other companies would have told me I need to chase the courier myself but all that hassle was taken away from me.

Poor Delivery Service...
The ordering of required body panel was very easy , as was the payment for the item. However, the delivery company used , DX, has failed to deliver on 2 seperate occasions , quoting that I have chnaged the delivery date...when in fact , I have not contacted them at all.
When trying to contact support department of Car Body Panels, I always get a anserphone message...They do ring back but have not been able to help me with my missing delivery..

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the review. Yes sadly we were let down by DX on this occasion though overall they are pretty good at delivering on time but agree that getting any sort of customer service from DX or updates proves very difficult.
I hope this won't put you off using us again as normally DX are really good with delivery on time.
Cheers, Sas

Good communication, but my order took nearly 2 months to arrive, and when it did the part was bent by whoever packed it.

Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay with the timeframe getting these parts to you, it seems the parts were out of stock even with the manufacturer for sometime. Normally our packaging is second to none but on this occasion we failed to hit our usually high standards so I do apologise.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Cheers, Sas
Body parts order refund.
I ordered body parts online and was emailed that 3 out for of the 4 parts I ordered were not in stock and had to be ordered.
When I received the complete order and had the parts checked by a garage and body repair shop, the parts were correct for the car model.
It was decided that the cost of the repair outweighed the value of the car.
On trying to return the 4 parts back,I was told that one part would be refunded and the other 3 parts would not be refunded.
The cost of returning the 1 part was double the price of the parts value.
I was not told the parts were being imported especially but being ordered because only one of the parts was in stock.
If l’d have known I wouldn’t have purchased.
How do I get my money back?

Odpowiedź od Car Body Panels 4U
Hi Richard,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We did explain these were imported parts before proceeding with importing them. I'm sorry if it wasn't explained regarding being non-refundable but we do detail this in our terms and conditions twice. Parts whilst readily available from manufacturers are not worth stocking due to low demand so we do list a number of parts which are stocked by the manufacturer and we order on a case by case basis.
Hope that helps answer your question.
Cheers, Sas
