A great company for a lot of your caravan bits and bobs. Recently ordered some Alko dust caps for wheel lock and at great value they were delivered. Would recommend and use again .

Website said item was in stock, it wasn't. But you will get there in the end
Website said item was in stock, was in need of quick resolution, tried to ring, but unable to get through. Emailed which took around 3 - 4 days to answer, to be told the item wasn't back in stock for another week minimum and hopefully my order may be satisfied then. Hopefully the item comes and is ok, but at the moment, I've been asked for feedback on an order that hasn't been dispatched.
Updated- order has now been received, managed to get through and chat to a nice chap on the phone and he explained the issues with supply of the item I had ordered.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with your experience.
While our website aims to show accurate stock levels, on rare occasions stock availability can change before our system updates. As soon as we identified the issue, we contacted you to explain the situation and provide an estimated restock timeframe.
We also apologise that you were unable to reach us by phone. During particularly busy periods, our response times can unfortunately be longer than usual, but we do respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and hope to have your order with you as soon as the stock arrives.

It's disappointing to receive this feedback when the delay wasn't caused by a refusal to refund. The item was returned with no order details, no name and nothing to identify who it belonged to, making it impossible to match to an eBay order. We asked for the return tracking details several times and, once they were finally provided on Sunday, we identified the return and processed the refund the very next day. Unfortunately, we can't refund an anonymous parcel. Including your order details with the return would have meant a much quicker refund.
