Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful, I bought a set which shrunk in the wash which I put on the coldest setting. Wasn’t able to wear this set so Sent back and they wanted me to pay shipping to receive my own parcel back. Would not order from this company again. Such a big company and they can’t even ship the parcel back or help me.

Shopped with Caramella a few times and usually really good quality. The most recent time the quality was not as good, however Eve from customer service handled it really well and gave me store credit. Won’t let this stop me from ordering again though! X

Have been waiting for the oatmeal set to come back in for a little while, ended up ordering the brown as it hadn't come back and the day after it came back in, sent a message and was responded to almost immediately, my order was amended right aaay and I have now got what I wanted originally. I ordered through ticktok live! The girl I spoke to was so helpful and kind! I received my items within 2 days of the order being placed and wow! When I tell you the material is next level! I love how high end the dress looks and I don’t need to break the bank to get it! I Normally really struggle with my confidence but when I put this dress on I felt so sexy!
