Scam company, do not use.
Initially it went well... paid for the engineer to come out and he said it needed a new part. Great. Part ordered. Part arrived, paid for Part and booked another visit for engineer to replace. All seemingly went well. Within a couple of weeks we got the same error on dishwasher and checking the contract I saw that they guarantee their work for 3 months. So I called to book a revisit and 4 months later I STILL can't get anyone to come out. They've booked me in 4 times and 3 times the engineer cancelled. Now when I call they say its been escalated to head office so there's nothing they can do, yet they admit that head office isn't responding to their own emails. I'd like my money back since they didn't uphold their end of the contract.
Frankly I think they are a scam company and can't recommend them at all.

Unprofessional, untruthful, caustic customer service!
On 15 of June an engineer visited to check the fridge/freezer and he checked the power socket that was ok, he touched the compressor and he said it was hot after that he checked the power socket again and he started writing some papers telling me that it will not work until he fix it.
When asked what it was wrong with it he did not know he said we will try with a re-gas and if it still does not work we will try with a compressor change, and what if that is not the problem I asked and he told me that we will figure it out (everything on my expense), he told me that I have to pay 108 pounds for his trouble and I will be called for this then he left.
The next day I received this "The quotation for the parts required was £180 including VAT for the Regas and Ancillaries." and because I did not receive an invoice for what I already paid I called and asked for more information and the guy on the phone told me that it might cost more because the fridge/freezer might need another gas that is more expensive, when asked he told me around 300 pounds!
Took out everything from the fridge/freezer that day and left it opened and after 2 days it was working again.
Update:
After a lot of phone calls asking for a refund because the engineer did not do the job right and that the fridge/freezer was working they sent me another engineer and they did not agree to refund!
The second engineer was more knowledgeable and told me after checking the fridge/freezer that it might be the controller board on the top of the fridge or a capacitor and that it will build ice inside and stop working again after a while, before leaving he sent a quote to the company.
Their answer was that they can send me a new fridge because they can not find the electric board and it would cost me "Delivery/Fitting/Disposal £275 ( Your price will be £150)" but I had to pay the fridge separately!
After calling almost every day for an invoice I did not received it for the 108 pounds paid although every time I was told that I will receive it shortly and every time a Client Authorization Request was sent and not the invoice, and still I did not received it to this day!
After almost a month they stopped responding to emails and phone calls!
The problem was the front controller board with the buttons, I took it out and now it works. It uses more power than normal because it stops less regularly but it works!
Do not use this company unless you want to give money for nothing but problems!

Karen Pallister the post code and the house number are on the Invoice from your records and even the dates are in the review and as you can see the review was written on an account with my full name, do not write this responses only for other people to think that anyone from your company is trying to fix the issues caused or refund the money, because it would be a lie!

Zulfi arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for repairs.

Rubis, rubis. The top an unprofessional company I ever deal. The worst costumer service. Just rubbish avoid if you can.

From the outset Rebecka was very helpful, we had several appliances to fix so it was complicated to set up. All the pricing was very clear and once booked I was kept up to date and the engineer arrived on time. Jason the engineer was able to fix most things onsite and identified the fault one the other appliance quickly.
The follow up with Rebecka has been very efficient.

Highly Recommended.

Zulfi was a very efficient and helpful engineer, he explained everything clearly and completed the job in good time, working solidly for 2 hours.

Had an engineer called Zulfi Khan from Capital Repairs today. He was extremely nice. Did a fab job. Was polite and respectful of my home. A pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for great service. He arrived on time. Gave me a half hour heads up of his arrival. Cannot fault the service I received.

As a tenant, We have just had two men turn up to 'replace' our microwave - they have just walked in, taken it out and left without saying anything and have driven off!!!! On calling the office there has been a dispute with our landlord around a job that wasn't fully completed, and so the microwave wasnt paid for until the job was completed.

Now I have nothing to do with this, but the fact your men have just turned up without warning and LIED to get into my home is disgusting. Just have an honest conversation with me!!

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs, these are cowboys and crooks.

A catalogue of poor service
A fridge repair which has been going on for seven weeks now and not resolved. The first engineer didn't turn up. He came back next day and advised parts were required and a quote would be sent. I called a week later having not heard anything and was told it was 'stuck in the system'. Two weeks later and the parts hadn't arrived. Promised call backs which didn't happen. Today, the engineer hasn't turned up. Apparently he didn't have enough gas even though he knew he would need some for this job. Have complained but makes no difference. Apparently the parts the engineer has with him has to go back to the warehouse and we need to start again. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The most useless company I've ever dealt with. First contacted them 11 weeks ago asking to fix our oven and they were very rude on the phone. The first time someone comes around they are late, forcing me to be late for work. They find the problem and say they need to order a new part. We then don't hear from them for 3 weeks so I call again, and they haven't ordered the new part yet. They say they will order it now and it will arrive in 3 days. We then don't hear from them for another 3 weeks. Keep calling them again and unable to speak to anyone. Finally get through to someone and they book in to come and replace the part in another 3 weeks. I take the day off work to sit in and wait for them to arrive, and NO ONE SHOWS UP. I call them and they say they're on their way running late, but they never show. Between 5-6pm I call them 3 more times, and cannot get through to anyone, despite the voicemail saying the office is open til 6pm. We have now had a broken oven for 3 MONTHS and this useless company has still not fixed it. Would happily get someone else in to do it but they've already taken our money. Absolutely avoid using them.

Lisa was friendly and efficient on the phone .She booked an appointment for repairing my washing machine and then rang me back an hour later with a price for the callout and necessary part.
I am hoping that the repair itself can be as perfectly handled!

Gillian who dealt with my query and Fatlum who fixed mums machine were both great. Fast and friendly help when I phoned to make the appointment. Fatlum was fantastic as he waited due to us returning from a hospital appointment which was so very appreciated when I have a lot going on. Washing machine fixed from message on Tuesday to parts being delivered and repaired Friday.

Have been having ongoing issues with this company over repairs to my gas oven. This has been going on since November 2023…we are now in March 2024 and we are still being fobbed off with excuse after excuse from customer services! My last contact with the the customers services team was at 4:30 today to be told once again that they are in contact with their parts department. Yesterday we were told they couldn’t find the parts number for the oven, having been told in previous conversations that it had been ordered and was on its way. Stay clear of the company at all costs!!!!

Without question the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. It has taken months to fix our dishwasher due to their poor service.

It took hours of phone calls over several days to just organise for someone to come round and visit the property, further days to pay for a replacement part due to the fact the company could not produce an invoice, or allow us to pay online and paying over the phone would not work.

Often when calling the company it would be a 50/50 chance of whether anyone would pick up, regardless of their stated opening hours.

Despite eventually paying, we've been informed on the day of the appointment to fix the dishwasher that the part is missing. Do not use this company.

Engineer Zulfi attended within the 3 hour time window. Was polite and professional and quickly identified thd issue with thd washing machine. Complete all required checks, remedied the fault . Great service.

He was great , lovely guy , very reliable as we both texted each other with our whereabouts as we were both coming to the property from different places , and he was a good , quick and efficient engineer . Really nice chap and good engineer . 🙌

Used this company to get our fridge freezer door switched. The technician was efficient and tidy and the job was completed relatively quickly. I have given five stars as we did have to call them after the technician had left as the bottom bracket was slightly loose but he was very prompt with a phone call and returned to tighten the bottom bracket within the hour.
