I can't just play street fighter 6! Have to make an account...to hell with YOUR COOKIES! they cover the continue buttons with there annoying phucking cookies. they literally force you to agree to their phucking cookies. #phuckcookies

I had the issue that I could not play a game needing ID, as it was already linked but deleted. So I asked kindly capcom to unlink

I had let them know I will not make the same mistake again, and acknowledge that they also put uo warnings.

Capcom politely unlinked it, and I can now play the game again.

Thank you Capcom customer service team; as someone who has also been in the same boat (of another company), I appreciate the service provided to me.

If you are a product user reading this, and you’re not getting the help you want, consider the communication you express towards the customer agents, how reasonable your position is, etc.

so the recent dlc for re 8 village has caused an issue for me and my bro as we game share on Xbox and since this dlc came out we can no longer both play game as my bro cannot load the game and gets a blackscreen we contacted xbox support and they said its a license issue however Capcom is be well Capcom unhelpful as usual and not saying if its a license problem giving me the run-around dear god i fear for re4 remake please don't be an re3 remake but yep just another problem

Capcoms so called resident evil portal is Absolutely terrible as you cannot create a new account , requests to fix this go unanswered, sheer incompentant, the website is a nightmare to use ,so this is the thanks we get for supporting capcom.

Wie bei allen Entwicklern gibt es bei den Games Hit und Mist! Doch ohne Capcom würde mir eine sehr wichtige Spielreihe fehlen. Resident Evil! 0-3, Code Veronica X, Revelations 1-2, Outbreak und auch noch 4 habe ich mir sehr ans Herz geschlossen. 5 und 6 gefiel mir gar nicht mehr. Dann kam Resident Evil 7 und 8. Diese gingen wieder deutlich zurück zu den Wurzeln. Ich liebe es! Das Highlight war dann im Jahre 2019 und 2020 als die Remakes von Resident Evil 2 und 3 erschien sind! Resistance hätte man weg lassen können um Geld und auch Arbeit mehr in das Resident Evil 3 Remake reinstecken zu können damit das Spiel länger und gruseliger geworden wäre mit mehr Rätsel . Aber trotzdem hatte ich auch mit diesem Remake viel Spaß! Das zeigt mir: Capcom kümmert sich um Fanwünsche (und auch Geld spielt natürlich eine Rolle). Dino Crisis darf ich natürlich nicht vergessen! 2 und 3 mochte ich überhaupt nicht mehr aber der erste Teil war grandios. Davon würde ich mir tatsächlich ebenfalls ein Remake wünschen...

Alles in allem ist Capcom ein super Unternehmen mit Höhen und Tiefen. Aber sie wissen größtenteils wie man gute Spiele zu produzieren hat!

So I accidentally added the wrong playstation account and cannot unlink my old when but when I finally did I can nit add the other one because it says even if I unlink the other one I still cannot link my account. Whats the point of unlinking. Make no sense at all. People do have more than one account due to have more than one device and more than one person playing. 🙄🤦‍♀️What a headache? went through all of that for nothing thanks a lot for nothing.

Capcom has caved to the woke mob and is now censoring their games. After what Capcom did with silent hill 4 I will never buy a Capcom game again. Capcom should be ashamed of itself.

Great games but the customer support sucks. My support ticket got closed without a single comment on why. I got a non-functional game code for my switch and tried contacting support to get a new key. But instead of helping me they just closed my support ticket.

Customer appreciation has dropped considerably over the past year. I am looking for another credit union that actually likes its customers.

Customer service was great had to wait a while as item was out of stock. But every email I sent was responded to quickly, keeping me informed of what was happening. Once item reached there warehouse delivery was quick , Item arrived well packaged and was well worth the wait. Would definitely use again 🙂

J'ai fait un achat sur le store de capcom, j'ai commandé une peluche et quelques autres objets du jeu Monster Hunter, ils sont arrivés très vite en excellent état remis en main propre par le livreur. J'enlève quand même une étoile car les prix sont un peu chers, j'ai commandé en période de soldes et je ne recommanderai pas de produits sauf s'il y a encore des réductions de prix.
