Easy site for overseas shopper
I live in NZ and was looking to buy a Catit senses massager online, they are super expensive here. I ended up going with Canineconcepts as first of all they delivered to NZ! Secondly their pricing was good and shipping was too expensive or complicated. Also the package arrived when they said it would, which was great. The only downside is I also wanted to order a treat maze at the same time and they didn't have any in stock so I had to shell out the big bucks and get that here.

Dissapointing service , poor customer relations
After placing an order on the companys web site and paying by paypal i awaited my order, after nearly two weeks i checked my order, the money had been taken from my paypal account,. i contacted the company about my order several times before receiving a reply.
Basicaly their reply said that i should not have been able to place the order on their site , i was given a refund.
There was no apology and i was left after already waiting 3 weeks to place my order elsewhere.
