Pre ordered in march for may/june, didn’t arrive until August, had explained in june I wouldn’t be at the address I had ordered for after mid july they said they’d change it but didn’t. Eventually got to try it in September when I got back to the address, had bought because of the claim it smelt good, it smelt genuinely awful, like a stronger version of the usual hair removal cream smell, also didn’t remove any hair at all. Scrubbing mitt was the only perk. Contacted them about it they said they’d send a replacement and we went back and forth then they asked for original order number for my address, they then replied saying “you’re outside the 30 day window, so we can’t send a replacement” mind you I was only out of the 30 day window because I wasn’t at the address as I told them in June and they said they’d deliver to my other address but didn’t. They gave me a £6 refund as a good will gesture but I waited 6 months for it and the hair removal smell stuck in my bathroom for 3 days

Initial delivery took months, when it finally arrived the bottle was faulty, it took 2 months and about 8 emails chasing to get a replacement finally one arrived ... Its awful and smells like sick not sure what strawberries they've been smelling but I'm gonna guess they were off ... Avoid!

If I could give less, I would.
After seeing the hype all over social media a fell for it hook line and sinker.
In hindsight I should have checked reviews first.
Arrived in way too much packaging.
Excited to use the product I cracked on, the spray nozzle is useless and packed up several times then appeared to get an air lock.
The smell is worse than any hair removal I’ve used before. The whole house stank.
I persevered in the hope it would work.

Wrong!!!
It removed about 10 hairs and I resorted back to the trusty razor.
Do not be fooled. It doesn’t work

Used this cream twice now and the can always seems to stop spray mid way don’t get me when it does work it makes that part of my skin feel so smooth but not happy with the fact I have to turn to shaving straight after bc the spray decides to suddenly stop work

Ordered the pineapple cream, it smells so bad, not one hint of pineapple, just strong chemicals, and after putting up with the smell and leaving it on for the correct amount of time it did not remove any hair, complete waste of money.
Sent an email and got told everyone has a different sense of smell and i didn’t leave it on long enough, which is ridiculous, awful customer service. They also block you on instagram for leaving any sort of negative comment, be careful before purchasing.

Purchased the strawberry mousse, smells nothing like strawberries, smells absolutely disgusting like veet hair removal cream, strong chemical smells that’s just lingering. Left on for the longest time they recommend, removed about 5 hairs! Very disappointing and waste of money

I made an order on 7th July worth £86.64 which stated there was a 5-7 business day delivery (also paid for shipping protection). When I went on holiday on the 1st August I still had not received my goods even though I chased several times and got told they were having supply chain issues with an apology and they would be delivered in a week. In reality after all the chasing the product did not arrive for 4 weeks ( 6th August) and then only half of it turned up. I have chased to advise I only got half and I am still waiting for that to be delivered even though I asked for a refund and that was ignored. Used the product once and the spray from the can doesn't really work properly at all even after shaking well (its spurts everywhere when you can get something out of the can) and the smell is worse than most other products I have used. It has been a total waste of money and this company is a scam. If you notice they only reply to positive comments never the negative and don't seem to want to improve their customer service. I would never use this company again and would not recommend to anyone (One star is too much it should be zero star). Reporting to trading standards as well

I ordered the strawberry scented hair removal mousse. It was very pricey for the type of product it was, but longline views raved about this line.

After over a month, the product arrived, but unfortunately, none of the product came out of the can at all. I kept shaking the can and pressing the button- but still nothing. After sending an email to the company, they agreed that it was faulty abd sent a replacement.

The replacement was only slightly better, with very little mousse coming out at all. I managed to cover half a leg, and my bikini line. With a very reluctant working can, splurting out mousse only when it wanted to (which isn't often) then completely stopped working again.

I couldn't smell any trace of strawberry, more like a horrible chemical scent (which the brand promote it doesn't have).

The hair on my half leg, was very patchy, but none of it fully removed, just a feel of stubble. It didn't even make any difference on my bikini line. So I have 2 useless cans, with product in them that won't come out.

Don't waste your money.

It has to be the worst hair removal product I’ve ever used. Smells like rotten eggs (I got the pineapple one). Takes a full can to do 2 legs and 2 forearms and it quickly stops spraying it properly and comes out in clumps so you can’t get an even coverage. Once the foam settles it leaves lots of gaps so doesn’t remove those hairs. Was probably a great idea but unfortunate doesn’t work 🧐 back to veet!

Used this product today. Firstly, DID NOT REMOVE barely any hair, and left my hair feeling DRY and AWFUL, making it stick together. The product also SMELLS TERRIBLE. Left my bathroom and myself SMELLING. Honestly, don’t know what fruity sent this is supposed to be because it’s far from it, i got the blue raspberry one but seeing other reviews, all scents smell bad. The only thing good about it is that it leave your skin smooth!! I would not recommend purchasing and won’t be buying this again. NOT WORTH THE 6 MONTH PREORDER!!!

This hair removal mousse was advertised as being fruity scented and different from other removal products. However, there's zero fruity scents and its smelled so bad my neighbours were asking about it! I also asked for a refund and was denied because id used it. I argued that because what they sold me wasnt as advertised I should get my money back. They have just stopped replying to me now. Absolute waste of money, because it didn't remove all the hair either!

Having pre-ordered the strawberry scented one, I was excited to try it when it arrived. I am unable to use it as the spray does not work. I contacted customer service almost 2 weeks ago with the issue and I am yet to hear back. I have followed up with another email and will await their reply. However, I feel even if they come back to me now, I will not be buying again due to the terrible customer service received.

So disappointed! I bought this because I was looking for a hair removal cream that didn’t have a strong smell due to breathing issues. So thought the pineapple one would be great for me to try.
This absolutely stinks, does not smell tropical at all like it states! Followed all of the instructions and it has not removed the hair on my legs.

Such a let down after all the hype I’ve seen about it, will not be buying again and do not recommend if you’re after something that actually smells fruity!

These smell horrible, and despite not having thick hair on my legs they barely removed any after the 6 minutes suggested. The mit is very rough, which I first thought to be in order to help remove hair but honestly all it did was irritate my skin which when using a chemical remover like this is probably not the best idea. My entire house smelled of these after use and it was a horrible sour smell, honestly worse than regular hair removal creams. I can’t say I’d recommend these at all, regular hair removal creams probably work better and are cheaper than these.

What a waste of money, order arrived after a lonnnnng time - this was a pre order but only had 1 email communication from the company AFTER I chased them.

I ordered the berry smell and honestly it stinks worse than any hair remover I’ve ever used, you get the tiniest whiff of a perfumed smell when you remove the lid but the minute it’s sprayed it reeks. The mitt was jaggy to the point it scraped my skin and cut it. I wiped gentle, I followed all instructions, and my hair didn’t even come off. I never really leave bad reviews but honestly would not want anyone wasting their money on this, the box was bashed, didn’t even have any packing noodles or a measly bit of tissue paper, just a sticker, a card and my two products rolling around. I’d say you get what you pay for but honestly the outcome was shocking, you’d think being a pre order and taking so long a little something would be added to the box, or even a check in email to ask how the order was.

Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible social media, false advertisement and just plain disappointing. PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS ONE THEY ARE GENUINE

I ordered in March, arrived in August, I was expecting a delay due to preordering but it was an absolute joke of a delay, yes they sent a couple spammy emails to ‘keep us up to date’ but barely any accountability in those emails.

I tried it for the first time today and it smelled absolutely rancid, like I was spraying myself with rotten eggs and sewage, not even a hint of a fruity smell, I left it on for the recommended amount of time and not a single hair was removed. It smelt worse than any hair removal cream ive ever used and was completely ineffective. The smell lingers for days after.

I am £40 out of pocket for a heavily delayed pre-order that is unusable and to be quite honest by the smell im unsure if it is even safe to be put on your body.

Messaged the company on TikTok they read it and ignored me, I have emailed their customer service asking for a refund under the consumer rights act and I’m yet to hear back “Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose and match their description.” They delete all negative reviews from their social media and leave only the positive clearly bot comments. You can clearly see their reviews on their website are AI generated, it is an absolute scam of a company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I placed a pre-order and when the estimated dispatch date came and went with zero communication or update I contacted the company via email and all socials, but got no response. I was really worried I had been scammed so left a review on here and surprise surprise the company responded to that and sent me an email saying that the order was on track and that bad reviews like the one I had left were damaging to small companies and they asked me to remove the review and that they would send some extra goodies with my order.
I was happy I had now heard from the company told them I would remove the review and was grateful that they were going to send me extra bits with my order.

My order arrived last week. Packaging is lovely, obviously a lot of thought had gone into that. Opened the box and it was exactly what I ordered - no extra goodies as promised by them.

I opened all the tins to smell them - I ordered the pack which came with the pineapple, Strawberry & Blueberry scented creams and also the mitt.

Strawberry doesn't actually smell too bad in my opinion and does smell a touch nicer than what I remember of standard hair removal products. Pineapple & Blueberry smell absolutely nothing like the fruits they named after and smell like rotting eggs or sewer (as someone else has said) absolutely disgusting I genuinely don't know why these were put into production. Anyway, I thought I'll overlook the rancid smell, bad customer service and false promises IF the product is as amazing as it's made out to be - I have been so excited to try the product.

I tried the strawberry one as it has the most bearable scent - I read the back of the tin as I haven't used hair removal products for probably 15 years - it doesn't tell you whether to put the cream on wet/damp or dry skin so I tried it firstly on dry skin, on my underarms and bikini line. I left on for the shortest amount of time, did a small tester patch and no hair came away, so waited the few extra mins for the max time recommended and used the mitt to wipe the cream away. NOT A SINGLE HAIR WAS REMOVED!

I waited a few days and tried on damp skin but on my legs this time and again, not a single hair was removed and that was the whole tin gone.

I've wasted my time, my money and hope on a product that clearly has false reviews all over TikTok and I definitely would NOT recommend the product or purchase again.

The card that came inside the box reads 'think of this box as your new beauty best friend, light as a cloud, rich in aroma, and packed with a dash of joy'

It is light, it is rich in aroma (but they missed out the part about it smelling rancid) and I certainly got no joy from any part of ordering from this company or using the product.

Don’t bother ordering I still haven’t received my order which was placed beginning of July! I have tried several times to get in touch with no response. Absolutely shocking customer service very disappointed.

If I could put 0 I would.

The product is ridiculous. It doesn’t work and smells vile.

When you email for a refund you are sent back an automated reply that they don’t give refunds for opened products. Which is absolutely ridiculous. The product didn’t work. I paid for something that made me want to throw up.

But this is just ‘feedback’ to them.

I can see why the product was delayed by 2 months. It shouldn’t have been released at all.

Awful smell. Just smells like every other hair removal cream. Didnt work at all....not one hair removed and tried multiple times
