The delivery man arrived at 8 am sharp. Brought the dishwasher in and wanted me to sign a form without actually seeing the dishwasher. When I pointed it out he said to sign the form and any problems, phone the office and they would deal with it. Trouble is, when the installers arrived 3 days later, they said there was a dent in the door and they couldn’t install it because of safety issues. They said they’d send in a report and I also sent in a report but have not had direct contact from them and Krenish said they were offering me $100. That for a brand new Bosch dishwasher that can’t be used?!

Everything worked as planned. The information provided was accurate. The staff did their job well. The refrigerator is working.

This was my first time doing an on-line purchase and Rachel McMaster was very helpful and made everything seamless. I had fantastic service. Everything went very well; from the date I ordered my dishwasher to the delivery.

Purchased both washer and dryer in stock in Calgary, for Wednesday delivery, paid in full. Called Tuesday by Associate to push back delivery to Saturday because of no stock. Assume another customer received the inventory I already paid for earlier in the week. Took time off to receive the appliances. When inventory is sold it should be taken out of your system and allocated to the individual that paid for it. I now have to arrange for someone to receive the appliances on Saturday because I am out of town.

Never try to do business whit this guys.
They said they offer the best prices! well everything comes with a price.
I have sent a message to Marc Prieur, my "Sales representative" and never heard back from him.
We noticed that the washer is making noises similar to a fridge during the washing cycles, it sounds very similar to the noises our previous washer was making, and the technician said it will be better to replace it, now I don't know if that is the same issue with this new washer.

The guys that make the delivery told us that the machine was level, I ask them if it was as the drawer from the pedestals was leaning towards all the time and wouldn't stay close. I ask them and they said it was "okay" as the floor was uneven, so I asked them, "if the unit has to be level?" and they said it was.
The delivery was not "white gloves" as they promised. It wasn't until after they leave that I noticed they smashed the door frame, and there is some scratch of the white paint from the door frame is in the unit. These guys didn't even connect the water hose properly to the unit as it was leaking water.
I have tried all possible to level the washer, but still, it moves very aggressively during the cycles and I don't want the unit to damage.
Now I have to replace or paint the door frame and contact the manufacture.

Krenish was my sales person. He was FABULOUS! Answered all my questions with so much knowledge. Saved me some cash by honoring a new sale price after I made my deposit. My item arrived exactly when he said it would. And he kept in touch with me over the whole shipping process. He's amazing!

Never heard of this store, walked in because I had saw their ad online. Rachel was amazing with giving her best with time for us, experience, product knowledge & best deals she could find us. I was pleased with delivery service as well

Got what I needed in great window of time! After three “chats” I finally got someone who was actually interested in making a sale, only reason I took off one star. if I had started with him it definitely would have been five

I needed to make sure that I had a new washer delivered to my house next day and they were able to arrange that.

We had great service from walking in the door through to our order. Our product was ordered and arrived when we were told it would. Pickup was simple. Great experience overall.

Rachel McMaster was very helpful, personable & knowledgeable. She made it very easy for me to make my choice. I’d shop at Canadian Appliance Source again in the future. Next purchase will be a gas stove.

Krenish was awesome from start to finish. It’s always a stressor when a major appliance fails. Our repair person recommended Canadian Appliance Source to purchase a new washing machine. I phoned and spoke with Krenish after looking online at their website. He was able to get the appliance available for pick up in only a few days. He walked us through everything we needed to know. I’m happy to say I have it all set up now - no issues from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Lied to about arrival time. Salesman used predatory sales tactics to get a deposit, after the deposit was paid and washer was not here at the promised time (which was the selling point of the deal) was met with rudeness, yelling and hostility by salesman and Manger. 1 out of 5 stars because 0 is not an option. I will be posting negative reviews on every available place and will absolutely never do business with this company again. Horrible experience start to finish and would not recommend to anyone

Appliance good. Delivery drivers were atrocious and irresponsible. Very rude and dismissive to any of my concerns.
