Everything I wanted, very quick delivery and excellent price and customer service

Terrible experience. We bought this stuff because we were told it was in stock and it was supposed to be delivered in a few days. Turns out it had to be shipped in from Calgary which delayed delivery. I have taken off work twice now and the delivery company doesn’t call us till the morning to tell us they won’t be out today. It’s been a week and a have and they said it’s going to be another week before we get our equipment. You can believe i will be telling everyone on Facebook in our rural communities and my home town of Calgary just how bad this went. It cost me two days of work and several hundred dollars at a laundromat over the time period as we have 5 kids.

Response to CAS:

It shouldn't have had to wait until the second load, now the third. It should have been delivered the first time. Refunding my delivery cost is a drop in the bucket to what it's cost me in time, fuel, and laundromat expenses. Reading the other reviews, it would appear this is a systemic issue.

Mayan was very knowledge able helpful patient and understanding .
He answered all my questions and made choosing a range easy. Getting the range quickly was also great

Swati was a great person to deal with. I was able to text as well as talk to her. She was very helpful. The Personnel in the store in Saskatoon where I picked up my fridge were very friendly and very helpful! I got my fridge home and it was in perfect shape. I plugged it in today and it's working fine!

Ordering online with the help of Swati Kakkar was really easy. Delivery was fast and on time and the two gentlemen that did it were very careful with my purchase and very professional.
Overall a really great experience.
Now, I just have to test the washer and dryer and I hope that I’ll be as impressed with their performance.

Now, about my washer…
Everything works ok with one exception.
At the end of the wash cycles, different settings/options, after the last spin is done, my machine doesn’t do the tumble cycle to help remove some wrinkles. I find all the clothes stacked against the tub wrinkled beyond belief.
Cannot use the steam care cycle which would remove them as not all clothes are supposed to be exposed to high heat.
Does the manufacturer think that all clothes go in the dryer to get rid of the wrinkles?
I called LG yesterday, talked to someone which promised to send me an email detailing “ways” to improve the wrinkles after washing them, but so far I didn’t receive it.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the experience very comfortable in all aspects of our dealings on both April 5th and April 8th when we had to stop in again.

Phone order was made quickly and efficiently. Sales person was very helpful. Delivery was on time and completed without any issue. We needed a freezer delivered quickly and everything fell into place.

The delivery service was great. There were no issues with placing the appliance in the basement. There was no damage to my house while moving and removing the old appliance. They were courteous and ensured that I was satisfied with the placement of the new appliance. I was able to tract the delivery schedule as the day progressed. The expected delivery time was pretty accurate.
I would feel comfortable in recommending the delivery company or the driver (helper/ associate).

We bought a fridge 7 days ago and it stopped working. I called the store on a Saturday to see if they could send a technician and their response was that I had to wait until the manufacturer opened on Monday and call them. A whole Costco grocery shop went to waste and they wouldn't even help or stand behind a product they sold the week before. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they can't provide me with that nor the name of a manager or really, any help at all. I will NEVER buy here again.

I was promised to be delivered by March 29 wesnday
Now 4 days is gone and everyday I had to call to get information about the order but now I was told that it will be delivered by April 05

From the phone call to CAS, to getting the price, to delivery of the fridge to our door, everything was perfect.
Our sales person was Zoheb, I want to thank him for great service.
Delivery person was great as well.
Overall, fantastic service!

I will begin by saying that my salesperson was very helpful in the formalities of making the purchase and that she did go the extra mile to help me get through the restrictive nature of pick up and delivery obstacles. Firstly I was going to have CAS arrange for delivery, but as my mailing address is a post office box and my physical address did not show up on Canada Post's website they said they would be unable to deliver. My sales rep found a way around this later which I appreciated, but your system needs to be adjusted to automatically take care of this possibility, we do get many things delivered to out house already through other retailers. The second hurdle we had to overcome was how to allow my third party delivery company pick up the item for me without the need for me to be there. The first problem here was that I was not going to be able to pay in full while I was in the store a few days before pickup. The second one was having to make the statement that I would prefer to get a refund on the down payment and to take my business elsewhere, once that was said there was more flexibility shown by the manager. I did have to give some reasons in an email so CAS would accommodate my needs. I understand that everything nowadays has to have paper trails, but when customers get told that the retailer's system is just "set up that way" the system needs to be amended.

Keep delivery date that is discussed at point of sale

We had already done our homework online. The salesman was knowledgeable about the products, availability, delivery, and offered a competitive price.

The salesperson who served me was quite helpful. There was a miscommunication with delivery. I called the "delivery team" several times but they were not very helpful. I ended up calling the delivery company myself and got it straightened out. The machine came with two large dents. The CAS sales rep helped me make a claim for $100 off.
