Charged my card when fridge out of stock.
Caution! They sold me a fridge, charged my credit card, and then said, "Whoops, that fridge isn't in stock." Uh, ok. Please cancel the charge on my credit card. "I'm sorry, that will take 10 days to be refunded." Ok, so then give me a fridge that is in stock for the same price? "No. We will have to charge you $200 more for a similar fridge." Ok - I guess I'll just eff myself then. Thanks for stealing my money for 10 days.

Stress Free Appliance Purchasing
I haven't completed the full process yet. I had excellent service and information. I am renovating my condo and required 4 appliances. Brian Trider was very helpful in giving me information on the appliances he helped me put together. Also very informative regarding warranty, and delivery/pick-up. I definitely appreciated the explanation on down payment percentages and flexibility for delivery or opting to switch a product for another. Really recommend speaking to an agent on the CHAT service provided. Definitely not a hard sell conversation, more like a confidence building conversation knowing you are getting the best products without out having to drive all over the City to choose.

I'd return!
First, the showroom was lovely! The sales person (Brian at Bayer's Lake) was fantastic to deal with. He was patient and helpful and open with his feedback on each model I was considering. It was wonderful not to have to wait forever for the unit I was interested in - stock seemed to be plentiful on many models and pricing was competitive and fair. Delivery was the next day and the updates on expected delivery time were regular and accurate. All in all a fantastic experience.

Bosch Dishwasher
Very pleased with the service we received from Ishann. Both he and the Manager were very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. Very happy with our new Bosch dishwasher! We shopped around and CAS has a great selection at fair and competitive pricing.
