Excellent from beginning to end
Our salesman, Jimmy Khadoury made the transaction easy and efficient. The delivery went smoothly, I didn’t have to pay extra for the installation either. The price was great and I really appreciated the delivery updates and follow ups. I highly recommend CSA.

Unprofessional, do not trust
They tried to leave the paid-for appliances on our front lawn, without installing them as promised. We had to debate an obstreperous, mean-spirited manager to get them returned, then fight to get our money back. Spare yourself a mighty headache and go with a more professional and trustworthy company.

According to our records, the order was cancelled the same day following the attempted delivery. Once the appliances are returned to the warehouse and scanned back into inventory, the refund can then be processed. Please note that refunds are not immediate and typically take 2–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Three appliances in two months
This is the second time in two months I bought appliance from CAS. A pair of washer and dryer in December, working without problem. It was logical, that I headed to CAS when my old refrigerator died on me. I bought a Whirlpool Fridge and Jean-Francois was very helpful and professional. The whole transaction, delivery went smoothly. CAS is a good source of appliances and I can recommend CAS and him wholeheartedly.
