I really appreciated the excellent service I received from Mark Yakut this past week. My fridge broke down on Sunday and I had a new one delivered on Wednesday. Mark went out of his way to make sure that I was going to get exactly the fridge I was looking for. The delivery company was also very good. They kept me informed as to when they were coming and they were very careful not to scratch my walls and floors. I am very happy with my new fridge.

Extremely bad experience of customer service,
I an experienced an extremely bad customer service with a purchase of washer and dryer.
Indeed, during delivery it was found that one of the devices, the washing machine arrived with damage as shown in the attached photos. I immediately contacted customer service, who had to send me back to the seller. The latter called me back on Friday afternoon, in a way that was not interested in finding the best possible solutions to repair the inconvenience of the bad service, he just presented me with only two options, either to wait ready for 1 month to receive a new delivery, or to be reimbursed. Faced with this, I was forced to accept the refund in order to be able to make the purchase from other distributors.
According to these explanations, I expected a direct refund on my used visa card, but to great surprise, I received an email, with an invoice already received. I had to contact said seller, who will follow up again (email copy above) reminding me that the cancellation has been made and that I should receive the refund within 48 hrs. Following this email, I took the initiative to call back customer service, which let me know that the refund procedure had not been carried out, and that a refund file had to be set up, I had to give my bank details again. Which means that if I hadn't taken the initiative to call back, I would never have received a refund. In addition, according to the Service lady, the refund should take more than 5 working days instead of the 48hrs mentioned by the seller. Which once again penalizes me to purchase with another company.
First, I remain surprised that such an incident can happen when a check must be made before delivery. For a first experience with your company, I remain very disappointed with the quality of service, due to this serious negligence, and confusing or misleading information. I believed in the company marketing service which mentions: « CUSTOMER SERVICE Our dedicated and friendly team of experienced professionals will take care of you as if you were a member of the family ».
This is not at all what I expected with that company. In fact, I claim that a refund of the total payment on my Visa card to be made immediately and without delay. Unfortunately they replied that I can only expected it by 7 days !

We regret to learn that your appliance arrived damaged.
Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.
As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective.
We can see that your order was canceled on august 25th and refunded on august 28th.
Please note that CAS does not store Credit card information.
As such we are required to create a Payment Profile for refund processes.
This process is completely safe and secure.
We cannot refund an order unless the appliance is back at the warehouse, as it will need to be scanned back into your order for cancellation.
Please note that CAS does not issue check refunds.
Once the merchant processes your refund, it is up to your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
This typically takes five to seven business days.

Sales peson lied to us, when we bought the item, we were told that remove the old cook top is in the price, when we got the item, person who did bring it to home was very rude and told us, we have to hire someone to unhook the old one, if we were told at the beginning, unhook the item is our responsibility, it would be different story, and we did return the new cook top withhout touching it, service was terrible,

Please be advised that CAS send out clear delivery instruction to our customer prior to delivery.
The insctruction does state please ensure the following are completed before the team arrives:
Appliance(s) is completely disconnected from all water, electrical and gas connections and emptied.
Stacked washer/dryer, units will have to be unstacked, unless they are being discarded.
Fridges and freezers must be defrosted, and waterline disconnected
We do not uninstall pedestals, if you choose to keep them, take them off before the team gets there. The delivery company will not install new appliances on old pedestals.
There are additional charges for Unit Relocation/Removal, Door Reversal, to Assemble Stack Kits /Units /Install Pedestal.
Laundry center removals are subject to the ability for the unit to be removed without disassembly.
We are sorry to hear that this infromation was not communicated properly. The order has been cancelled as per your request.
