The dress was fairly timely shipped, given the distance. It is fantastic - like wearing a warm hug. I got compliments the first day I wore it.

Dresses fit me well and beautiful patterns.

Terrible company. No return info. No contact info attached to order number in email. Tried to reach out. Phone number fake. Message response was a robot or something. So disappointed. Beware! I’m stuck with 3 items and no ability to exchange or return.

I was so excited to order this outfit. Looks amazing in the picture. NOT at all what it looked like. Very ugly material!! Very cheap looking. No way would I wear it. EVER! When will I learn to stop ordering online. Better get a full refund!

Purchased three items. Emailed Cafivo to request refund on 1 dress as the cut in the bodice area is too short from the shoulder. Wanted to replace other two items for next size up as even though I checked the size chart the items were smaller than expected. Also the website says items are made in the USA but when the items arrived the packaging said ‘Made in Chine’. Being made in China is not a problem just don’t mislead your customers. Email response from Cafivo was for me to pay extra money for them to process my claim. Never have I heard of a company wanting additional money to process your refund/replace request. Perhaps my Government Consumer Affairs department can explain that to me. Bottom line they are not getting any more money out of me and I would caution people to not rush to buy from this company.

The product arrived as scheduled. From point of purchase, check out to receiving the delivery, it was a pleasant transaction. The quality of the outfit/material turned out good to my surprise. I’m 165m 66kg and choose size L. Happy with my decision to go with Large and not XL.

Great product and straightforward delivery process

Received them in good condition although it takes a long time to arrive. Happy with the purchases and I am surprised I actually had chosen the correct sizes being a first timer purchase from your store, material are good. Can’t wait to wear them and showing around to my friends.

Shipping was a bit longer than I thought. However, I do know that this seems to be the norm now. I loved both dresses. The fit was great and the quality top notch.

Everything arrived on time and in great shape. The sizes were true and the quality of the dresses I got were above average.

The dress is what I hoped for. It fits well and the material is light weight but not too light. I am pleased.

Companies like this need to be reported!
On Facebook and Instagram they go by several company names.
They advertise that the clothes are made in USA. Lie! The tag says made in China. They also advertise the cost in local currency, in my case AUD however I was charged in USD. They said to look for a charge as CAFIVO LONDON.
I first thought this was a scam when I tried emailing them because weeks had passed and no parcel. The email bounced back.
My clothes finally arrived and none of them fitted. I finally made contact with them and they tried to make out it was my fault because the measurements are on the website. I said I wanted to return them and they tried bartering with me. Keep them and we’ll give you $28; $52 then this - We are willing to offer a refund of $68, can you accept it? Due to our return warehouse in Dubai, the shipping cost is too high.
If you insist on returning, this is the only return address: No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE + 852 81990571. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number.
It wasn’t until I googled the address that I discovered all the other complaints and the other brands.

Will never buy from this site again. Dress was advertised in AUD but USD was charged. The dress is appalling. Does not look like the photo at all and terrible quality.

Buyer beware!

I ordered 5 dresses which are not the quality portrayed in the pictures and I will not wear them. Material used for one of the dresses has pleats printed on it, so it is not flowing like shown in the pic, and the material will be sweltering and unwearable on warm summer days. Two of the dresses were purchased for work but the material is so thin and flimsy it would not be professional or appropriate.

I have been back and forth with customer service and they are only offering nominal amounts as compensation and asking me to keep the dresses.

Learn from others and don’t waste your money purchasing from Cafivo!

The retro round neck top is already a favourite! Great material and good fit. Love the style. I ordered “l” based on the size chart and it fits perfectly. I would normally be “m”.
