The team was great over two days, they were professional, efficient, friendly and very helpful! A big thank you to Andy, Simon, Tim, Jim, Peter and Karol! Due to various complexities it was tricky to plan the move and thanks to Leticia it was arranged in a stress free way, she kept me informed and was very patient, polite and understanding. It is rare that one can give an exceptional review...so it gives me great pleasure to be able to do so for Cadogan Tate that made our move from London to Los Angeles as easy and seamless as possible! We had a complicated move, where our items had to go into Cadogan Tate storage for a long period of time before it could ship to the US. Every single step with Cadogan Tate was so easy and pleasant, from the overwhelming packing up week where the crew was so kind, efficient and respectful, to the communication with the storage department, to the overall account manager Janine Viste-Gamata who provided us with constant updates, information and support when ever we needed it. She coordinated and helped us when we needed to add items to the stored items before they left for the US. Every time we faced a problem on our end, Janine helped us with storage options and solution on the US side to help our timing circumstances. If you are ever considering a move....I highly recommend you call Cadogan Tate, you will be in the best hands possible. Every single Cadogan Tate employee we dealt with was professional, courteous, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making the moving process so easy and stress free.

I had to visit Cadogan Tate to retrieve some items from storage recently, and they were really helpful, both with booking the visit and the assistance given during my visit. We are long-standing business customers of Cadogan Tate for more than 15 years, and have always found them to be totally professional in everything they have done for us over that time, including several house and office moves, and long term storage arrangements. Cannot recommend them highly enough for both business and personal uses.

Such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! The team made a complicated move and transfer to storage stress free and almost enjoyable! Over the two days of our moving they were a delight to have around - super efficient, extremely patient and a sense of humour which was greatly appreciated/needed! What an unbelievable MAVEN jacket...this was a Christmas gift for my SO. He loved it. Quality. Fit. Presentation in the box was so classy; it came in a branded velvet bag meant to use as a future travel bag for the jacket. Sharp, classy, luxury. Thanks for an awesome experience, Cadogan!

Another superbly executed move by Cadogan Tate. From start to finish they were superb. Tracy was amazing, always responded to any queries promptly and made sure that one felt we were in great hands. The moving team (headed by Steve) were absolutely brilliant again. Everything went according to plan over the 3 days.

Cadogan Tate made a recent move of a few pieces of furniture between Bucks and London very easy and stress-free. Leticia Salguerio was incredibly helpful and kept me informed of all the various steps. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cadogan Tate for both big and small moves.

Excellent serivce. My items were collected at the time arranged wrapped quickly efficiently and with care. I knew I had to wait for my delivery as we were only using a part load but that wait was only 4 weeks.
The items were delivered exactly on the time arranged all in order no issues. The delivery personnel were efficient helpful and considerate. Very professional. Thank you.

Do not use this service. We live in Denver, Colorado. We had two paintings being transported from New York, the driver and the van have not been heard from since yesterday. Cadogan Tate does not respond to inquiries. The paintings have been reported stolen. The FBI has been involved. I do not recommend using this transporter.

There is a saying that 'you get what you pay for'. In the case of my experience with Cadogan Tate I ended up receiving far more than I paid for in terms of: their exemplary personal service; the care of packing my items -- even pans; and their flexibility in meeting my requests. The service was not five star but ten and worth at least double of what I paid.

My move was complicated because I also had items from the clearance of my mother's house on top of my own.
Furthermore, I was staying in a small apartment in France and simply could not have all the items shipped to me immediately.
I, therefore, needed not only a company that could move my stuff in the U.K. out of my apartment, store it and then deliver it to France. Eco Movers, a division of Cadogan Tate, did all that without a single hitch. [I understand that Eco Movers has now been moved into Cadogan Tate and goes as Cadogan Tate.]
My brother lives in Canada and he needed to gain access to our mother's items in storage in case he wanted any. I also needed access to items that I accidently moved to storage but needed on a daily basis.
Not only did Cadogan Tate arrange for us to access the items in storage, but had a staff member repack items we had taken out to look at and then wanted to return.
Yes we paid what seemed a hefty sum, but again our experience was hassle and stress free. The boxes were waiting there for our arrival, a staff member opened the ones we wanted open, they then repacked items we did not need and reseal the boxes. Both my brother and wife were impressed by the packing of the items. My brother moved frequently because of his job and so he had experienced numerous moving companies, albeit in Canada.

Perhaps the greatest testament to their service was in comparison to my move in Paris. I used a local company to move my stuff into the apartment I purchased. I thought they were good, but sadly they were not and I found several items broken.
By comparison when my stuff came from London not one item was broken and those crates must have been moved several times -- from my London flat to storage, then when I/my brother looked into them in storage and finally from storage to my apartment in France.
This was because not only were the boxes really sturdy with corners stapled so they would not break under pressure, but every item was wrapped with several sheets of paper so it was padded and then any empty spaces in the box were stuffed with paper so nothing could move inside it. That to me is real attention to detail and care of a person's belongings and why I would unequivocally give them ten stars and recommend Cadogan Tate for your next move.
