Amazing service. I ordered online but have been able to speak to someone on the phone in the shop when I needed advice. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and patient with me as a new reptile owner,
The products I received (live plants, equipment and decor) were all fantastic quality and very competitive prices. I just wish the shop was closer to where I live - I’d be there all the time.

I ordered the leopard gecko shrubland starter kit. The next day I got a call to say the woodlouse that comes with the kit was out of stock and gave me a choice of alternative breeds. My parcel was sent out the next day and I received it 2 days later. The quality of plants and the mix of plants I received is amazing the cork is huge and the substrate perfect. My isopods are very happy. This is my second order from this company. I used them for my crested gecko set up so I knew I was dealing with a trusted company. I'm a very happy customer.

Normally great service, don't check emails regularly enough. Going to have trouble with this order. Partly my fault as I asked to change deliver address but could have been fixed with more organisation there end. Didn't check emails or send my order till 2:30pm after I emailed at 9pm the night before dispatch. Royal mail haven't helped as they also failed to deliver in 24 hours. Still 4 stars as they have not failed me before with probably 50 orders. Keep up the good work, Just check emails more!

The locusts are constantly being delivered dead but I generally don't have time to write in on the day it happens. I have to end up going out to buy live ones, so need to cancel as this is just a waste of money now!

Reply to the reply. As stated, having time to resolve this each time they come through is what I have struggled with. Unfortunately I am going to need to cancel, as I was enjoying the subscription for the convenience and now it is inconvenient. September was not the only time I wrote in but you did rightfully replace the dead "live" insects then, thank you. Happy to provide you with many photos of them arriving dead each time if needed.

Delivery was speedy. I ordered a plant selection unfortunately two of the plants haven’t done so well in postage. I’ve had them in the garden for a few days hoping it would help, sadly it hasn’t. Everything else was great.

Was good for money and fast delivery all plants came in tackt witch I was worried about soil a bit clayey as in few big lumps but sorted bye drying and mixing it in

Delivery was quick. I ordered some quick grow tortoise seeds which are already being munched by my Herman after 8 days. I also ordered 2 x plush tortoises as my grandchildren are obsessed with tortoises, both take their tortoises to bed.

I have been using Buzzard reptiles for my feeder housing, chow, calcium powder and live food for my pet beardie for a few months now. I usually order Dubia roaches which always arrive securely. Occasionally I will get silk worms when in stock.
There has been one occasion where one or two of the bugs were DOA but that was because I could not accept delivery the same day and took delivery a day later. Compared to the mainstream pet shops which are our alternative, Buzzard reptiles are better value for a lot more live food and more choice! I will happily continue to order from them.
Despatch is quick and the 'back in stock' email option works well.

Buzzard have never let me down. I placed an order first thing Monday morning and the insects arrived Tuesday morning. Excellent service and great prices.

Packaging was really nice, and safe packaging for the bugs also. One thing I will mention is that I ordered medium sizes and they seemed a little small in my opinion but nothing too insane. However, this worked out in my favour as a few of my spiderlings I had forgotten to order for!

Comes fast always alive love it, postage is 5-6 pounds tho...
