Great company, were happy to fix my order even though it was my own fault. The heat pack for the plants is a great idea for the price. I ordered plants last week that royal mail said would be delivered on saturday but were delayed due to the storm. Got the plants today(monday) and all were in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Bought some Dubia Roaches and a Funarium. Unfortunately I Got sent dead Dubia roaches. 90% of them are dead. Contacted the seller via PayPal and haven't received a single response.

Won't be using them again.

There is an option to respond to customers before cases are escalated. I did not escalate the case. They did without even bothering to respond to me.

Their "live arrival Guarantee" is clearly NOT as obvious as they'd like to think. Nor is this checkbox anywhere to be found. Perhaps they're unaware of how their website works on mobile?

Their attitude in their response and their actions speaks volumes over how this company operates. Especially over Dubia Roaches that arrived (and were probably packed) dead at a cost of a measely £3... Shocking.

The Funarium came with a crack in the side, but was still functional. However, with this repeated attitude from the seller, I'd like to inform you that I would like to execute my right to make a full return, as you sent damaged goods. Thank you.

It was a very good service and prompt delivery. The only fault is the instructions to put together could of been more clearer

The perfect culture of springtails turned up fast and thriving. Couldn’t be happier with what I received. The addition of dead leaves made them easy to transition into my terrariums.

They are a great family run business, I can't fault them fast delivery to Highlands. reliable and will use many more time gonna be ordering again soon

I ordered plant seeds and a plant. When delivery arrived it was completely the wrong plant. It took a few days of chasing for them to respond to me about my query and I was refunded for the plant but this then made the seeds order extremely expensive as the postage is very expensive. Why did they just not say before shipping the order that the plant wasn’t available and I would have cancelled the order fully.

Super speedy service goods packaged well enough and arrived as should quicker than expected.
