I placed an order for a gas hob. Two days later they confirmed the delivery date. However, due to my wife changing her mind, I needed to cancel the order. I emailed the sales team to cancel. I was bracing myself for a long delay in processing the cancellation. To my pleasant surprise, I got an email almost immediately from Ellie confirming the cancellation, and confirming the refund. Equally surprising was that the refund was also almost instantaneous. How many times have we encountered companies that are quick at taking your payments but claim they need 5 to 10 working days to process refunds? Not buywise. Based on this interaction, I would say they are a trustworthy company to deal with and,although I did not use them on this occasion, I will certainly return to them for future purchases. Delivered on schedule to the required room with confirmation text the previous evening confirming timeslot. Paid for 2 man delivery as there are multiple steps into the house.

I spent many days researching ovens and trying to decide which one. Buywise had the information that gave me the confidence to make a purchase, the oven was a great price compared to other retailers and a no hassle checkout process and delivery with great customer service. I would recommend.

Really good!! Price (of the Bosch dishwasher) was the best I could find. Delivery was free, and in just two days. Arrived bang on time. Best of all, I decided to amend the order and add disposal of the old machine at the very last minute (just an hour before delivery was due). Called up, phone was answered immediately, very helpful lady amended the order, and by the time the driver arrived he’d been informed of the change.
All worked like clockwork. This is what separates great customer service from the rest!

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. We purchased online, but staff phoned regarding delivery etc. The delivery was brilliant, great notification, on time, delivery drivers who knew what they were doing. Totally recommend this company.

Bought cooker hood. Arrived with multiple sellotape layers. Connected it. It does not work. Contacted then about return to find out I have to pay for an engineer to check it before a refund.
