I have not received the metal I bought (galvanised steel sheet). The customer number on the email the sent cuts off immediately and they have not respondeded to my email. I am starting a PayPal dispute

Just wanted some thin metal sheets and buying from here was straightforward and cheap, they even cut the sheet I bought into three pieces free of charge. Spoke to someone on the phone who advised me what was best to buy after letting them know what I needed it for.

I'm extremely sorry that you received your order later than expected.
We do aim to get all orders to our customers within 3-5 working days and do apologize your order was 1 day late. However, we use outsourced couriers so that we can ship UK wide. We did book your delivery for the 4th working day as the pallet company was at full capacity delivery dates where pushed back. Feedback has been passed onto the courier as they should always call you to keep you informed of any delays on their behalf.

Got a piece of magnetic metal board. Website easy to navigate, loved the option that it can be cut. It was easy and straight forward to place an order with instructions. Took a little over a week to receive it, but came packed and secured really good. Good quality. Already on the wall with fridge magnets on it. Definitely recommend.
