This site is a total rip off, do not buy from them. I kept seeing ads for a men's suede jacket for $70. Finally I bought it, but when it arrived it was a cheap microfiber mustard yellow jacket. It was so small (Men's L) and ugly, it was unwearable. I contacted BuyBuy men, only to get a message in Chinglish, "we send quality product!". It should be called, Bye Bye Men, because they take your money and go!

I ordered a coat for my son XL. It arrived and though it said XL it was a M. I contacted them to exchange it for a larger size, but they won't, offered me a 10% refund. Ridiculous. There ads and website and receipts say 100% satisfaction and Money back gaurantee - this is a complete lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased the JACKET PILOT FROM SHEEPSKIN B-7 ARCTIC PARKA ART.208 through paypal on October 28 2024 for $189.69. I didn’t hear from Buybuymen ever again. In about 2 weeks I contacted Paypal and received tracking information from Qintian Department Store, Yuhua District, China. Keep in mind their website says their factory is in and items are shipped from Chicago. It arrived on November 26th. When I picked it up I was immediately concerned due to the weight of the package. I have other shearling coats and this one was very light. I got it home and tried it on. It was too small even though it was XL and I had sized it according to the sizing chat on the website. It was also shedding. I found the “racoon fur” ruff. This was to be attached to the coat by a couple of buttons and string loops. The ruff itself was probably cat and not close to racoon.
I sent an email to Qintian requesting a refund due to the satisfaction guarantee on the website. They of course resisted. I contacted paypal and filed a complaint with them.
To make a long story shorter…. I had to pay return shipping and import duties which cost me more than half the price of the coat. I was willing to pay it as long as the liars at Buybuymen didn’t get any of it.
I received the purchase price refund on December 27th.
