Ordered part next day with 1 hour still to cutoff and they emailed me 3.5 hours later to confirm the part when the website already confirmed it. They had horrendous customer service when I tried to get them to send the part and literally hung up on me in the process.

Absolutely horrible experience. Confirmed online part by calling customer service. Ordered the part and 5 year warranty. Wrong part sent. Before sending the correct part they require a deposit of 1/2 the money before sending it out. Then asked me to look at a picture of the correct part to see if it matches my original part. UNBELIEVABLE! Absolutely no way I would ever donbusiness with them again. Rhis was my first and last time.

Had a problem caused by one of their manufacturers. They let me return it no problem. They even did their best to make sure I had the right part. The big thing for me was an easy return when I had a problem.

My first experience with BAP, I ordered a new steering gearbox for my vintage 560 SL. The man on the phone was very helpful in assuring that I got the correct part. It arrived a couple of days prior to their estimate. The packaging was slightly damaged due to the weight of the steering gearbox, but my mechanic had no problem in installing the part. They promptly credited my account when I returned the used core part. The price was far less than had. I purchased this part through the Mercedes dealership (if it had even been available) I expect to use BAP again as I continue to restore my classic Mercedes 560 SL

The order was delivered on time, and upon inspection my builder says the part looks great and was packaged well. I will do more business with the company.

purchase a rack and pinion. didnt work , did warranty, it keeps saying lost comunication with power steering control module. keep calling customer support and they keep taking my phone number so a tech can call me back. its been 4 days and they never called back. now im stuck with a part that it is not good.

Bought rack and pinon. Website stated and boasted about their quality control including leak testing. Product arrived sticking out of box. Mechanic installed it and it leaked. $1500 labor! Replacement was received and installed ok, but had to pay labor twice = $3000.
Customer service manager ignored me. She was to call, but never did! She never answered email either

Kept core charge although It was returned.
There excuse was the hard lines where not available for replacement .
Why us that my fault, as a rebuilder that is on them.
Buyer beware, they will find an excuse to keep you core deposit

Purchased a aircon condenser arrived damaged in transit
Very bad packaging looked like a child had packed it now have to pay the return postage and out of pocket $150
Do not purchase off this company also poor customer service

Prompt, reliable service. Courteous and efficient customer service representative who answered all my questions. I got the part for a European vehicle at a fraction of the cost. I would purchase from this company again.

Part was late getting shipped.Was good when I got it.
Sent core back and could not get logged into my account.Spent almost 2 hr on the phone with live support and chat with no resolution.Said email was sent
15 time and never got and email.Chat support did the same and still no emil.My fault for the password problem and theirs for not being ble to get me logged in.Meedless to say I won’t be back

They had the rack and pinion that I needed for '96 Honda when nobody else did. And cheaper than all the posted "out of stock" sites I looked at. I will buy from them again.

Decently rebuilt saginaw power steer box, God customer service

Absolutely terrible experience. Do Not Use this company. Ordered a steering gearbox for a my truck. Steering gear was delivered and truck went to the shop. Once there it was noticed the Steering box they sent was the wrong one and did not match the one ordered. Called and followed the procedure to have a new one sent and asked for expedited shipping. Spoke to two call center reps. One was disrespectful and a bad attitude couldn’t get her name and when I voiced my frustration she said if I don’t like it send it back for a full refund (doesn’t solve the problem and still cost me money with the truck in the shop unable to drive). The second one Joe was very helpful. Took two days to approve a replacement for THEIR mistake. The new part was shipped and it was noticed expedited so it took a week to arrive. With the truck being in the shop that wasn’t an option so a new one was ordered via Red Head Steering Gears. Red heads arrived next day and better customer service. Buy auto parts one is being sent back and hopefully I get a full refund with no more hassle. All in all they cost me money, time, and a massive headache. If you need a steering gear use RED HEAD STEERING GEARS.

I placed an order on 9/24/25 and still did not receive any tracking number or update on my parts. The status remained as processing. Today is 10/07/25, I called to see what was going on & they said the order has been canceled because we do not have the part in stock. WTF would you advertise like you have it on stock and take my money then? I asked what day the order got canceled because I didn’t get any email and they replied today. I asked about my refund and they said 3-5 business days. Let’s see if I even get my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered an AC compressor and kit for my minivan. Parts came in....they were the wrong part number and clearly the wrong parts. The order was missing parts also. Contacted the company about returning the products. Only to hear Sorry out system is down. The system was down for 2 MONTHS???After about 2 months they sent me a return label. I sent the parts back, we will see if I get credited.

If I could give less than one star, I would!! Worst customer service experience ever… I ordered a part on June 20th, item was defective. Tried multiple times to start the return/warranty process, only to hear their “system is down..” I’ve called multiple times in the last two weeks, with no luck and the same canned response about their “system!” I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB against this 3rd world country employing scam of a business.. DO NOT EVER do business with this scam site…

Bought a part from them and it came out defective. I did my warranty claim and now for a week straight they keep telling me their systems are down! I paid for next day air and now I cant even get a refund. Its unacceptable and very unprofessional of this company to not even have answers for their customers. I've been in a rental for the past 2 weeks because of this issue and it's very inconvenient and costly. I will NEVER order from them again and wouldn't suggest anyone to order from here either.

different times i have tried to order parts from them both time there website said in stock i waited about 3 days after ordering to find out what the tracking number is called them to get it and the guy told me he will check with there shipping department and call me back never hear anything back next morning they cancel my order they are nothing but a scam
