Simon and Sophie were great in helping us with our move. We had a tight deadline during holiday time, and they were able to make everything run quickly and smoothly.

Estate agents can have a bad rep in this country but butler and stag completely tore apart that stereotype! Everyone I dealt with in the purchase of our new flat (Helga, Robert, Aiden) was professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. I felt they really went above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly (and helped deal with some tricky solicitors.) I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, thank you!

Butler & Stag were professional and competent from start to finish in selling my flat in London. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, efficient and customer focused. Helga, in particular was an absolute delight - nothing was too much trouble for her. I have dealt with many estate agents nationwide and Butler & Stag have been one of the most efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Butler and Stag will take your money from you to sell your property. For that they will be moderately incompetent, they will lie to you and they will bully you. If you are prepared to tolerate that, then give them your business.

Butler & Stag were the selling agents for my flat and were excellent throughout the marketing phase, keeping my updated of viewings and expertly negotiating offers. Once we had accepted an offer, Helga was instrumental in moving both the sale and purchase forward, through what was a very difficult transaction. It was all done with a positive attitude and Helga was always available in and out of office hours to provide updates and answer any and all queries. Genuinely don’t think the whole process would have been a success without Helga’s tenacity. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I received excellent service and advice by Paul and Simon at Butler & Stag's Bow office to let a property. Simon found a client on the first day of viewings, arranged access to the property for repairs before the client moved in, and was also kind enough to move an item to the front porch to be taken away as I was unable to schedule it myself. Their property management team has continued to provide excellent service after the tenant moved in. I highly recommend the lettings team at Butler & Stag.
