Ana who is the manager at the Guildford…
Ana who is the manager at the Guildford nursery, is a horrible person who would lie and deceive. When I requested information about my child's attendance she would lie that data protection prevented her from disclosing the information only to later find out that there was no such prevention by any organisation. When I threatened to make a complaint she then quickly sent me the information I requested. My child attended this nursery for over 2 years and throughout the time she has been attacked and scratched by other children, caught head lice on more than 4 occasions from others at the nursery and didnt enjoy been there to the point she would cry most of the time when dropping her off at the nursery. Dont take your kids there.
Further managers, Amy Davies & Louise Umpelby "attempted" to investigate the concerns but all they do is make up more lies for the other staff and not give any importance to the seriousness of the staff at the nursery.
