I've been with BusinessMobiles for over 4 years - and they've looked after me every step of the way, not to mention the significant money savings they offer. Karla Voce (my main contact) has always been there in case of a query, and she's knowledgeable, and super-friendly, whilst maintaining a professional air. Top marks, and thanks for all your help. Great price deal.
The only slight down fall was the amount of time taken to get the handsets but this was down to Orange not Business mobiles. I reality this was still only 2 weeks so not terribly long.

Being a bit of a sceptic when it comes to middle-men based on prior let-downs cannot praise these guys more.

From beginning to end of 1st contract (using their expertise in the ever increasing confusing mobile marketplace Feb 2016-Oct 18) I have had every single question and query answered almost immediately and with great patience and consideration.

Spent hours of work time researching to find these guys could better our own findings and even with a (scary) change of contact within their own business for me, Johnny, my new contact even speedier to respond by phone and email. Brilliant 5 star service, brought back my confidence in the middle-man experience. Well done you guys/Johnny - wont hesitate to recommend!

Requested an upgrade that took weeks to arrive with barely any contact from them when trying to find out why. Was finally given a delivery date after weeks of silence however it must have been plucked from thin as air nothing arrived and when I enquired why the phone had not turned up another date was given a week later, which was also incorrect. Safe to say I am still waiting for my phone to arrive....

We have recently changed our business mobile phone provider to BusineesMobiles.com and have so far been really impressed. We dealt with Johnny Jalaf, who provided brilliant service from the initial enquiry right the way through to managing our account now we have the new contract in place. Whenever we have a requirement, Johnny is quick to answer and sorts out anything we need - this was the service I lacked from our previous provider so thank you. I would highly recommend this company.

its not worth to sign up with business mobile please do your homework before you sign with this company.awful customer customer service dont bother about you.my redemption cupon never arrived even after call them many times.will not recommend this to any one.

Forget 63% reduction, I paid £630 for something that should cost me £180!!
I have been with them for a few years now. They are very good at sales but horrible at customer support and service.
They offered us an upgrade but they did not put it on the the numbers we already had with them but we got issued new numbers and since last 6 months are paying for 4 contracts instead of two.
They have failed to resolve this issue since it was raised 4 months back.
The customer support representatives who deal deal with my case are always on coffee and lunch breaks even at 3, 4 or 5 pm when you call them and no one ever returns your calls. MIss E Henry, Mr J lahli and Mr M Ranklin are just a few people who are (not) dealing with are case.
Tread with extreme caution!!

Great service from Basit and all the team. Best price I could find on the web, quick delivery and excellent communication. I would definitely recommend Businessmobiles in fact I already have.

Basit dealt with my queries with a friendly & professional approach, once all the paperwork was dealt with I received my phone the next day . Can highly recommend, beats many phone companies not only by price , but the way in which my account has been dealt with.
