Purchased a Burlington Back to Wall Bath at great expense - it is damaged but the company is making excuses and will not replace. The bath is less than a year old and the surface of the surround is peeling. It is clearly not fit for purpose and the manufacturer is saying that the bath was too close to the radiator and other excuses. If that was the case then the part of fhe paintwork next to the radiator would be peeling.
Our bathroom is huge, well ventilated by a powerful vent and water is never left to sit on the product. Very, very disappointed with both Burlington and Drench the supplier.
Burlington is not the quality product it sells itself as.

I bought and installed a towel rail and it is so hot, it burns your hand to touch it. I asked them ti explain and they could not give me any help. I would never recommend this company.

Bought a bathroom unit from them roughly 2k looks nice but chips really easily. Think it's made of a hard type of polystyrene. Disappointing.
