Great hat. I just got back from the United States and couldn’t pack a stiff cowboy hat in my bags so I bought one here. The hat is excellent quality and much cheaper than the real things in the U.S.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No order confirmation, zero communication on status, and multiple ignored emails. No phone number or chat option available.
If I don’t get an update this weekend I’ll be flagging it as fraudulent transaction and initiating a dispute with PayPal.
I’d avoid this seller

No customer service at all.
No customer service at all. I received (quickly enough) a hat that was too big unfortunately. I have been chasing them via email for a return address to exchange the hat but they do not reply. They don't have a telephone number listed. I am thinking the website/company is a front for a Chinese company.

Terrible Customer Service
Paid for express delivery, 5 days later my order was still not dispatched. I emailed several times for an update with no response and now they've cancelled my order stating the customer cancelled?? All I wanted was an order update. I've still not had any contact from the company other than an automatically generated cancellation email. Take your business elsewhere!
