I would like to write a review for Ms. Noor and her team to commend their excellent work. While the entire team was exceptional, Ms. Noor was particularly outstanding, and I give her great credit for the successful renewal of my residence. I am very grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her services.

Unfortunately a very bad experience with bukhari Chambers. I will not recommend them to anyone. They messed up my mothers case. Their case workers are in experience and do not prepare case properly. They did not prepare case properly, they missed authority letter and it messed up our case with home office.

I can't thank Bukhari Chambers enough, particularly Shazr Qureshi, for how they handled my case. I received a Home Office letter proposing to cancel my visa over an alleged working hours breach during my Master's, and I was terrified. From the first call, Shazr was clear, professional, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything in plain language, and prepared detailed representations that addressed every part of my case properly. Thanks to their work, the Home Office decided not to cancel my permission. I'm incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.

I contacted Bukhari Chambers regarding my child’s and husband’s dependent visa. And it was not the straight forward to begin with. We had so many issues with our case, (like me and my husband living apart for work despite being married, previous visa refusals, too many absences from UK, time sensitive due to me being on maternity leave but needed to be in UK for my ILR due in July 2026. But could not leave my 3 month old baby behind also could not bring the baby with me without his father, but father could not join us before June 2026 due to his work commitments.
But despite all these problems, we had our visa’s in hand by July end and we had applied on 3rd July 2026.
I talked to Mr Bukhari and later my case was handled by Mr Usman Anwar, very professional I must say.
Here are few things why one should consider/consult Bukhari chambers for their visas and immigration issues.
1.They know what they are doing and no sugar coating is done, just facts, logic and legality.
2. They may take time to respond but underneath that timeline, the real work is being done. They revert back with real progress every time. (one should see the documents they prepare, it’s very impressive)
3. No lies and fake promises, I was informed about my case and no detail was hidden. They do not guarantee anything as home office hold the real power, but they prepare your case so strong that home office can’t refuse on normal terms as well. Everything is backed by facts and rules. ( But what information and documents the client provides is the key too)
4. The fee -might seem a lot in the beginning, but later you will know that it was worth paying. I saved about £6000 on IHS because I was guided right.
5. Emotional Intelligence - The team consists of highly professional individuals but they all are human too. The team knew that I am postpartum and caring for a baby and also very anxious in general. They understood this and helped me feel comfortable and assured me every time I talked to them. Wish I could leave all my worries and relax during that time as I lost about 3 month of my motherhood worrying about things which the team is professionally trained and qualified to handle. I remember Usman telling me to trust him and their process every time I spoke to him, in fact his words were “ Yashodha, you are in postpartum and last thing I want you to do is to worry about the things which we do regularly and professionally. 2 days later he had an excel- sheet prepared to explain how home office calculate the absences from UK, the thing that I was most worried about.
5. Professionalism- my case took about 3-4 weeks in total due to documents and other things (mostly from our/client side) but not a single time I felt that they were unprofessional. They took accountability of every word they spoke and real advice was given.
6.Commitment- I remember Usman reaching out to me after his work hours due to his commitment to our case, as well as sometimes when my baby wouldn’t co-operate and sometimes he had other people to help with. I am very thankful to Usman and his team mates for making my appointment at 8 pm that too when they were heading home.
I would definitely recommend people choosing Bukhari chambers for their immigration journey. And sincerely thank Usman for his time, support and efforts. Wish you all the success that you deserve.

A Journey That Finally Came to a Positive End

We are incredibly grateful to Shakib Ul Hassan and his team for standing by us throughout what has been a long and challenging immigration journey.

After two previous applications had been rejected by the Home Office while being represented by a different legal firm, we approached Shakib Ul Hassan to assist us with a joint application as a couple, based on our right to private and family life in the UK after having lived here for over 20 years.
