My experience is of 1 machine only ,the rear of the case arrived dented ,the company did not want to know they said the photgraph of the machine leaving them was perfect , i fixed this myself, the second problem i had in which i did not contact them was the usb connector inside was not seated correctly 5 min fix , would i buy again 50/50 depends if i had time to build my own box

Would recommend to anyone, easy to deal with and great products.

When I first ordered a PC off Build Your Box I was wondering if it was going to be as good as expected and boy was it! It is an amazing PC! I will deffo be ordering from here again and I will be telling any of my friends interested in buying a PC about this amazing site!

Ordered two custom computers and appreciated being able to fine tune the order over the phone.
Parcel Force managed to destroy one but this was quickly replaced by Build Your Box.
Would definitely use them again as long as they have someone to answer the phone.

Arrived on time but without the second hard drive configured or the firewire working. Also some installation of extras not undertaken. I had to buy another firewire as the one supplied had been damaged during fitting. I spent around £400 in engineers fees to get the whole thing up and running as it should be.
I was not able to take advantage of the warranty as I needed the computer to be able to do my work. I had already waited a week. besides, a company that cannot properly put together a computer costing over £3000 is not one that I would trust to rectify any faults.

Reasonable level of customisation on the website allowed me to get what I wanted much more than I could have achieved in the shops. It arrived fully installed and ready to go.
Had a few funny programs on it when I started to install my software, but am unsure if that was on the before or if it came with a download of chrome but took some getting rid of.
Been up and running for a few months now no problems encountered so far.

Very good service - machine is well built as specified and doesnt contain any of the bloatware that plagues other vendors. Would recommend this to anyone

I ordered a high end computer to run 6 screens. Vincent at Build Your Box advised me all the way with the best components. They kept me informed all the way and had the computer made and delivered in just over a week. And what a machine, fast, silent and no problems. I searched long and hard before going with Build Your Box as there are a lot of 'Cowboys' out there. I would definitely recommend

Everything about the box is cheap and made from insubstantial materials. I particularly don't like the way the hard drive is mounted against the side wall of the box. There are two problems with mounting in this way:
1) There is no tray to add additional drives
2) It leads to a constant humming noise as the vibration of the drive is accentuated by the large wall of the box acting like a drum skin

good service, excellent product, good delivery times no complaints. Bought a PC from here and was quite expensive but arrived in perfect condition and worked brilliantly. Also a good bonus is i got the windows disc with the PC

customer service was very good emailed my pc spec and got an answer within an hour then paid for the PC. very good Pc for the money , very fast and no problems with it. overall 5 out of 5.
