Bought a business end of May that had Bryt energy as electricity supplier. Did the tenancy change form, landline, mobile and email on the form. Never heard anything back for a month or so hence called them, was told they sent emails but found out email address was wrong, guy on the phone said will change it and will send emails again. Never heard anything again! Found a better supplier in the meantime, changed supplier and still no correspondence from this company. Received a debt collection company letter demanding to pay or else... so called Bryt energy again, was told email was wrong! But they had my landline, mobile and correspondence address where they could have sent a letter when emails were bouncing back! Failed to take the most basic steps to contact the consumer, debt collectors contacted us without any problem !! No apology or acknowledgement that it's their error so maybe offer a payment plan....no! Was told it's in debt collectors hands now, call them and pay! Thanks a bunch for helping a business just starting up!! I wish I could give zero star!

I had very bad experience with original Bryt company, and left here bad review. However thanks to conversation on Facebook page (forward slash brytclothes), new owner had contacted me and fix the situation.

The new owner is great 🖤. They have replaced my missing parcel and sent me an extra pair of socks.

I am looking forward to see if they create new Bryt club.

I asked this company to cancel my subscription and they are ignoring ALL my emails. Im now have to contact my bank to block them from taking any more money fro me

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I subscribed 7 months ago to Bryt. Have asked SEVERAL times for the subscription to be cancelled. They keep taking money out of my credit card and have not sent me anything! When I email, they don't reply. When I post on facebook, they delete it. Its a SCAM!

If I could leave 0 starts I would! Bad company had a free sample and got locked into a 3 month subscription which wasn’t made clear at the time or trying... emailed to ask them to cancel and got some snotty response... I’ve now had a payment taken on the 26th of Feb and again 6th March when they emailed on the 3rd to tell me they had cancelled my subscription for me... not even had any product...

DO NOT USE IT IS A SCAM!!
They will claim that you can have your first month FREE.
The front page of the site says you can unsubscribe any time!
Several emails sent requesting unsubscription, no answer on the phone, no reply to DM's.
They will take out money from your bank even when you ask them not to!
Just read the community section on their Facebook page!

Updated review 3rd March. They have now changed the terms and conditions on their website so that people cannot cancel before the three months is up. All my friends took out the subscription before this update and we are all aware we have been scammed!!!!! The company director will block you and remove your comments on Facebook if you dare complain! Outrageous!!!

Original Review. Beware any dealings with this company. They claim to be giving away one pair of free socks with their subscription and cancellation at any time is FALSE. Having received the first pair I was not allowed to cancel after my attempt to do so. I have sent repeated emails and the response remains hostile and unfriendly refusing to cancel my subscription. Also many repeated attempts to take money from my bank! Companies like this should be reported to Trading Standards! Avoid!!!
