Staff are fab. Reggie loves going and is well cared for and happy when he gets home. Particularly Kate and Jessi and the office staff are all stars.

Joyful place for poochies
My two English Pointers need a lot of exercise and stimulation which is challenging during the week when we work long hours. They have been going to Bruce’s for 3 months now and they absolutely love it. They wait in the window with wagging tails for Rachel, because they can hear the bus coming into the village and they love her so much. The whole family loves getting the weekly pictures and it has become a weekly highlight, seeing the joy being there brings them.

Staff are wonderful, always on time to collect and drop off, Milo loves going to Bruce's and they also give me the reassurance that he is well cared for. Super communication as well. I cannot fault the service it is superb! Love the website as well, great photos of all the doggies at play.

My puppy Alfie has been going to the…
My puppy Alfie has been going to the Surrey Hills site for 2 months now and what can I say but wow, everyone is amazing and look after him so well. Special mention to Caroline his driver who he now runs to when she picks him up and Rachel who he recently had a sleepover with, he loves them to bits!

My boys have been going here for 2…
My boys have been going here for 2 years now. On a Friday morning they get very excited because they know what day it is. They happily run off when they arrive and based on the photographs I see they look like they are having a ball! I like the staff recognise the dogs owners so get the boys ready for me when I go to collect them.

Bruce's in Pembury is a fantastic…
Bruce's in Pembury is a fantastic place. They look after the dogs extremely well, giving them plenty of play and rest time. The staff are brilliant and do an incredible job. My dog loves going there, meeting her doggy and human friends. Highly recommend it!

Our experience with Cobham's Bruce's Doggy Day…
Our experience with Bruce's Doggy Day Care has and continues to be excellent. Our dog Stanley has been going to Bruce's Cobham for 7 years now and he has become good pals with lots of the other dogs there and many of the staff. In particular he has a good bond with Kevin who is the excellent driver who brings him home and has a genuine passion for looking after all the dogs. It's true that you can only take as you find but we've found Bruce's has been very good for us and Stan.

My dog loves going - however I get little feedback what she is up to other than the usual ' Lexi has been papped'- she has not been all week because of the heat...an alternative could have been offered...I hope I will not get charged

Regarding the recent closures during the Met Office's red weather warnings, the welfare and safety of the dogs in our care is always our top priority. Customers affected were offered the option to swap their day care day or request a credit. If you've not yet been able to arrange this, please contact your Customer Care team and they'll be happy to help.

I was trying to sing up my little…
I was trying to sing up my little stuffy. And was refused because of the breed he is. No one ever tried to see if he can fit the group or what personality he has. He is very friendly, good with groups, definitely can spend all day with other dogs, not aggressive. I was very disappointed that it is judge by the breed and the type of dog. As each dog reflects the owner not a breed.

We understand that owners of all breeds can have wonderful, well-socialised dogs. However, Bruce’s has an established admissions policy that applies consistently across all of our centres.
Our approach is based on many years of experience operating our specific doggy day care environment. We know that day care isn't the right fit for every dog, and some breeds, as well as some individual dogs, can find this environment overstimulating. Our aim is never to set a dog up to fail, but to ensure that every dog in our care can thrive and enjoy the very best day care experience.
We appreciate that this will be disappointing, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

My dog LOVES going to Cookham Bruce’s. He gets picked up by Suraya and nearly breaks the door down trying to get to her! He has a fantastic day. All the staff are so wonderful and caring. They go the extra mile! He comes home smiling and settles down for a well earned nap!

All round- couldn't ask for more
Great communication, lovely people who clearly love dogs- shout out to Mia and Rachel. Mia is our regular pick up and Rachel covered our last weeks holiday. Bernie has been going since he was vaccinated as a pup.
Bernie always has his front paws up on the windowsill looking out for the van and pulls Mia to the van when she collects him. More excited to see her than me! And bonus is he’s well socialised and comes back exhausted
