Experience matters as much as education
From the beginning of my experience to now they have done nothing but help. When financial hardships have existed, they have helped not to mention give me sources to look at to better my financial outlook overall. I see education as important as the help because if you do not understand why, you can keep making the same mistakes.

Prior to signing on the dotted line, I had the distinct impression my debts would be negotiated away in something like three months. I didn't hallucinate that. Now it looks like it may take the better part of my five year contract.

Second Guessing
I have been on this program since the end of last year. 8 accounts and they have settled TWO. One account is showing "client not eligible for settlement " yet I was never told about it. I am rather disappointed and am considering pulling out of the program. Since signing up, my credit took a nosedive as fees piled up from my creditors. I feel I am in worse shape now than almost a year ago.

communication is good. Before any settlement agreements made on my behalf they call or email me for approval.
They took alot if the pressure of my shoulders. I don't get calls from the credit card companies anymore.
