I recently purchased a family home…
I recently purchased a family home through BrokerCo. I have used Paul Westcott, and the team at BrokerCo, to purchase three properties and they never fail to impress me with their attention to detail, their support and their customer service.
BrokerCo describes itself as full service finance and loans specialists - I can attest from first hand knowledge that they are so much more than that.
My bank of 20 years initially entertained me and then denied my loan on a technicality. The I met Paul - Paul was able to look at several different lenders and navigate the policies until he found the right product for me and the rest was smooth sailing.
I would not own any property without Paul and the team at BrokerCo!
I have referred several friends and family members to BrokerCo and the feedback is always exceptional.

Perseverance was the name of the game…
Perseverance was the name of the game and led to the lender finally approving the loan. Our BrokerCo people helped us jump over all the hurdles put up by the lender and were available out of office hours as well to get the myriad of documents through that the lender constantly requested. Very professional and the broker we dealt with certainly knows his stuff!! Thankyou!
