Good prices and good service. What's not to like.

I have used Broadbandbuyer in the past and found them to be quick and responsive.
However a, couple of recent orders (one nearly £1k) were fulfilled at a very leisurely pace. Despite both being ordered at around 9am and the claim that 'all orders placed before 17.20 will be dispatched same day', they languished in the packing dept for 36 hours before eventually being sent out.
Also please appreciate that when they say 3 day service it is 3 days from when they eventually get out of their door.
Prices were OK, but not the best. I selected them on the promised delivery service which didn't materialise.
I'm sure they will use the Covid excuse, which is understandable, but they've had 15 months to take the misleading service promise off the website.

I purchased TP-Link Omada EAP 245 access points and controller.
The information provided about the products on the website was accurate and enabled me to make my decision in purchasing. Delivery was efficient with good communication regarding delivery times etc and the products were competitively priced.

I bought a 4g router plus aerial, it was delivered next day and I couldn't find either cheaper anywhere else.
I have been using Broadbandbuyer for years and have always been 100% happy with the service

I would avoid using this company as not only do they charge you delivery for sizeable (£1000+) orders, they reset your delivery date if you enquire about paying for a faster delivery, and then lie to you about your delivery being packed and shipping that day when it is not. Clearly customer service does not like criticism and delays your order because of it, not a way to do business !!

Website easy to navigate, order process clear. Item arrived in good time. Well packed and worked out of the box. What more can we ask?

Terrible! ordered almost one month ago, didn't receive refund, first product didn't ship out for more than week, was writing emails every day with no respond! after items was shipped they lost them and then parcel was returned to seller. Parcels already returned but no refund received!!! FRAUD COMPANY! Costumer support terrible! NOT RESPONDING!
