My experience with British Book…
My experience with British Book Publishers has been defined by repeated, serious, and entirely avoidable failures. Deadlines were consistently missed without explanation. Basic corrections were handled incompetently, with each “updated” version introducing new errors and demonstrating no evidence of internal review or professional oversight. Essential files and promised updates were simply not delivered, despite multiple reminders. Communication deteriorated to the point where escalations to senior staff produced no action, no accountability, and no improvement. The issues I encountered were not isolated mistakes but a sustained pattern of disorganisation, poor quality control, and unfulfilled commitments. Based on this experience, I cannot regard British Book Publishers as a reliable, competent, or professionally managed service.
