Multiple spam emails per week, despite not registering with their business, looking at their website or having any interest in leasing a car. I thought it was illegal to add people to a mailing list without permission.

Stuart was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. The advice was always relevant - and the recommendations were tailored to the brief. Importantly, I was given options and opportunities - with detailed commentary and always a chance to speak via phone. Stuart was attentive and readily available. Overall - a positive and smooth process. Very much appreciated.

Ben, dealt with me throughout the process and was always engaged and helpful, promptly dealing with any little query that I raised. The whole process from enquiry to delivery went without a hitch.

In general it was a good experience. I want to stress that Toby was very helpful and friendly and a great contact point. There were some issues. Originally the car was supposed to arrive in the beginning of December it ended up arriving in the middle of January after a number of phone calls to push it along. When the car arrived it had been driven from Liverpool to London so was really dirty which was not the way one expects to receive a brand new car. The other issue was that the person who delivered the car had no knowledge about it so could not give us any information about the car. These are relatively small issues but ones that would have been appropriate to resolve.
