Avoid at all cost. We brought a jaguar xe from this garage in Feb 2025. We had a few issues which "apparently" the garage sorted, they didnt they just switched off all the warning lights. We then took the car back with a coolant issue as the coolant kept running low, nope all good apparentlyand sent us on our way. They was happy to look at it within the 6months of buying it and was happy to fix any issue off their own back because they knew the issues were there when they sold the car to us
Jun2026 car has completely broken down and is now been in the garage for nearly 3 weeks. We have a bill of £4175 of issue that have been found wrong with the car, the issues that we had brillant motors look at which "were ok". We are currently back and forth with the warranty company to see if we can cover for all these issues. Oh and we was miss sold the warranty anyway, when you buy a car they will try and sell you the warranty cover, the main reason we took this is because we was told if for any reason the car gets written off we can claim all money back.....this is lies! The warranty we only cover up to 2k per claim, oh and they only pay £80 per hour towards the labour....we wasn't told any of this either.

This garage literally just flips cars, the bug cars, put an mot on it (done in their own on site garage) and then its up for sale.

Ive tried talking to the garage but thwy dont want to know, they dont care.

We will be taking this further as this isnt on. Literally robbing people.

Avoid this company. They lie, they bully customers and they are not genuine. Please go elsewhere. Trading standards are aware - this place needs investigating.

AVOID THIS GARAGE.

This place has all the hallmarks of a bait-and-switch operation. Brought my car in for an MOT — they kept it the entire day, failed it on a questionable technicality, charged me £30, and then quoted me £1,600 to fix the supposed problem.

Something didn't sit right, so I took it straight to the main dealer. They inspected the car thoroughly, found absolutely nothing wrong with it, and passed it on its MOT — no issues, no repairs needed.

A £1,600 quote for a non-existent fault is not incompetence. That is a deliberate attempt to extract money from customers who don't know any better. Don't let them do it to you.

Always get a second opinion before agreeing to ANY repair work recommended here.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealer in January 2026.

Serious faults were present immediately on delivery, including safety-critical issues that meant the car was not roadworthy. The vehicle was supplied with a recent MOT showing no advisories, issued by the dealer’s own garage, along with an invoice for a full service and inspection also carried out by them.

I exercised my short-term right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Obtaining the refund involved prolonged correspondence and a lack of response until a formal Letter Before Action and escalation. The full purchase price was eventually refunded. My experience suggests buyers should be cautious, inspect vehicles thoroughly on delivery, and be prepared to assert their statutory rights if issues arise
