Bright debited me for 97 dollars that I didn't authorize, its been almost a week I was told would get refund, still nothing, they were so quick to debit my account, but so slow to get my money back as I am still waiting ✋️

BEWARE! endless .01¢ deposits and withdrawals.

Am.havjnf the worst experience ever with this company , from the lack of information on how to truly contact customer support(NOT AN AI CHATBOT)
to the endless amounts of overdraft fees and negative balance alerts on my bank account I actually had to stop using my bank just due to bright and it's endless amounts of .01 withdrawals and deposits .it's caused so many overdraft fees it's insane .
Beware when signing up...it's nearly impossible to leave. And if al.ost gaurenetee 90,% of these reviews are paid or fake...absolutely so easy those are all organic reviews . No way

I down loaded the bright money app

I down loaded the bright money app. I never tried to get a paid membership I didnt want a membership. All I did was check out the app. Today there was a charge of $39.00 from bright where they took the money out my account with out my consent or knowledge and refuse to give me a refund.
