Algae and mould spray unavailable
I ordered algae and mould spray online. The order stayed that it would be in store the next day. Unfortunately it was close to Christmas and it will now not be available until the New Year - date unknown.

Did click & collect, but never heard that goods were ready! Went in store a week later on the off chance and items were ready but no one had informed me. Very disappointing. Staff were helpful though

Problem solved
Had an issue with the colour of some paint they'd mixed. Steve was very helpful and made sure the problem was solved quickly and to our satisfaction.
