When ordered
When ordered, it said 3 working days delivery to store. 5 days later I had to phone to find out where it was only to be told there was a delay. It would have been nice to have been told that without me having to chase

Easy ordering, quick delivery, great paint. Only reason not a 5 was because tins were dented.

Liberon finishing oil
Good value product (Liberon finishing oil) which seems to be getting more difficult to find. Local store for click and collect, although the confirmation email didn't arrive, I rang the store to confirm the item was ready, and it was. Friendly staff.

A wonderful experience
Great customer service, good advice, quick mixing and well packaged paint. After awful service from a large chain it was wonderful having this experience. I wont go anywhere else from now on.
