When you mentioned the price was different on your Brewers online account, our store colleague explained that in-store (K8) accounts are directly linked to online accounts, so prices should usually match. To make sure we could honour the correct price for you, we simply asked to see the online listing. Once the difference was confirmed, we immediately matched the price shown on your phone without any issue. Excellent customer service
Did a click and collect. Everything went well. They were really nice to my daughter and gave her a little Xmas elf teddy thing. She was very pleased.

Decent company…
Good set of lads and they do have a price match. Used them for quite a few years and never had a problem. Like the Albany paints too.

Great product variety
Product was at good price, only issue really was not getting notification of delivery date. First I knew of it was phone call from driver to say he was at address but no-one in. I advised him if safe place to leave it as I was due home within 15mins. All good in the end.

I had an issue with some paint which I took back to the Leeds store. I was served by an aggressive, cocky, rude man totally unsuited to a front facing customer service role. Your job is to help customers. Thankfully there was a lovely customer who provided reassurance in a lovely courteous manner.
