Extremely poor customer servic and bad attitude
I went in to ask advice about purchasing a litre of grey paint to accompany a 2 and a half litre tin of farrow and ball which I was also purchasing for use in an old cob cottage. Was shown their own make and opted for a grey colour which the man went off to get. Once I had paid I picked up the tin and realised it was a VINYL Matt emulsion which is totally unsuitable for cob walls so I told the man it would not be of any use an his answer - “Well I’ve mixed it now”. At no point did he tell me that the paint was not available ready mixed in which case I would have gone for another make available in a one litre tin. His attitude was really rude and unhelpful and he just kept repeating “well it’s mixed now”. - I WILL NEVER USE BREWERS AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE IF THEY ARE TEMPTED TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO ADVISE YOU OF THE FULL FACTS BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR MONEY.

Paint was as described and ready soon after the online order. It was delivered from Dorchester to Yeovil the following morning after ordering around 4pm

Exceptional customer service
Brewers in Dorchester, special mention to ‘Aki’. I would like to thank him as he was so incredibly helpful in his advice and support with choosing paint for redecorating my home. As a complete novice myself, he was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain in great detail about different finishes and also helped with how colours work and lighting for me to be able to make informed decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent a lot of his time helping me. He is an asset to your company, and very rare to find these days. Please pass on my review to the store. Thank you
