Brewers gives exceptional customer care!
I recently dealt with Brewers. Their service is exceptional. The staff there are so warm and friendly, helped with advice and so professional. Can’t thank them enough with all their help. Particular shout out to Mo and I think Matt (I think that was his name). Thank you for helping me sort out my home. Highly recommend!

Poor delivery
Took THREE WEEKS to deliver something which online said 4 working days.
I had to chase three times to get a response.
Credit to Joyte who actually reordered the paint and got it to me but really unnecessary process and poor communication all around.

Wonderful free delivery times
I ordered over a bank holiday weekend. Our paint was delivered free of charge early on the first working day after the bank holiday.

Great Service
Had the paint we were having trouble tracking down, ordered on the Sunday and it was hand delivered on the Monday by a charming employee! Very good experience all round.
