Ich habe am 14.02.2026 eine Bestellung aufgegeben die bereits bezahlt ist.

Diese Bestellung wurde noch nicht Versand. Auf Mailanfragen wird nicht reagiert.

Had a quality issue which was addressed next day - with replacement arranged same day. Issue was handled by Amber who came across extremely personable and sincere in her communication and took immediate ownership to resolve

Ich habe beim Final Sale zwei Bestellungen getätigt.Eine Bestellung ist angekommen die andere nicht.
Ich habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben habe aber keine Antwort erhalten.

Ordered some beer and spirits online and they arrived within a couple of day of the order including one delivery on a weekend. Ended up being a split delivery which I wasn't aware of but a quick ticket raised and Amber responded back courteously and could see the full order had been delivered in the end. Thank you.

The delivery company Yodel never delivered my selection of beers I ordered online and the parcel was returned to BrewDog. I have contacted BrewDog several times and been ignored as I have not been given a refund.

Delivery spot on as usual, bringing me a very great selection of beers.

Further to my previous review and customer service "resolving" my query, unfortunately I cannot improve it as the timeline of events they they claimed happened are not the same as reality, so I don't really have all that much faith in customer service either.

I had a problem with a Yodel delivery, Amber from Customer Services responded promptly and resolved the issue swiftly.

Thanks Amber for the information you gave me. IPA punk is not pasteurised, which mean helpfull for health. A good product, taste good. I recommand.

I contacted BrewDog and had communication with Amber. She was super helpful and speedy with her replies.

Spoke with Kim in Customer Service about a defective can of Ale, sealed but empty.
Kim quickly resolved my concerns and kindly reimbursed me for the issue.
Fantastic service, completed amazingly quickly, and a gift for a minor issue. Top marks!

Great beer, always loved the Orange Crush but this review is for the customer service which was fantastic
Had a big order earlier in the month and a couple of boxes went missing.
Yodel delivered 1 box, but for some reason returned the rest to BrewDog and claimed it was delivered to me despite their own tracking showing otherwise.
Got on email to BrewDog about issue and the missing beer was dispatched straight away with no issues.
Great service.

A really easy process to order on line and excellent service for delivery. Great product range. Very pleased and will be re-ordering.

Spent my hard earned money on shares thinking they would be floated on the stock exchange. many years later and nothing. today i hear the company is going under and Equity for Punk share holders are likely to lose everything and there is nothing you can do about it. great!! Thank you BrewDog

J'ai commandé il y a 10 jours et je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle. J'ai envoyé plusieurs messages et je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Il y a visiblement un gros problème, au vu des autres avis.

Really disappointed with the service at Brewdog. I reached out to advise a parcel I ordered for next day delivery was showing as delivered but hadn’t been received. Brewdog come back advising they will look into the issue however I have not had anything from them since.

DHL have been awful initially messaged to say it was delivered when it wasn’t. Then they messaged to say my parcel was on its way then again to say they couldn’t locate the address. I then got another message to say it was being delivered again and then later on a further update to say it wasn’t coming. Multiple messages with different updates.

Brewdog have been aware of the issue and failed to give me any further update or send out a new parcel to resolve the issue. Clearly the courier is not delivering my parcel.

Really misleading information and still no resolution.

First and possibly the last time from ordering from brewdog which is a shame as their products are really good. :(
