Leider scheint man im Vorweihnachts- bzw. "Black Week"-Geschäft komplett überfordert zu sein. Bestellte Ware wird als "versendet" deklariert; eine Sendungsnummer gibt es aber nicht. Nachfragen dazu werden nicht beantwortet. Schade, aber so verprellt man seine Kunden.

Amber on customer service - super helpful. I had a delivery where an advent calendar didn’t show up. I contacted the “help” email address with photo of the delivery (showing 1 advent / not the 2 I’d ordered) and Amber sorted right out.
It’s not the mistake that matters - it’s how folk sort it out. Thanks!!

Had a great experience placing a corporate order. Very responsive and got our order sorted with just an email! Amber was extremely helpful and made the experience so smooth!

Despite a box of beer being sent with dints in nearly every can, I contacted customer services and Amber was very helpful. She arranged for Yodel to collect the beers to return and kept in regular contact with me. Amber was really helpful as I was able to email her back and forth and she had a friendly tone to her emails. Amber you were super responsive and a credit to your team! Despite some technical hitches with Yodel not turning up when they were supposed to, Amber resolved this by rescheduling collection with them again and communicating this to me. Amber's customer care deserves 5 stars! Thanks Amber! 👍🏻😊

Adventskalender bestellt. Bis jetzt keine Sendungsnummer. Kundenservice E-Mail kommt zurück. Hello E-Mail Adresse nur automatische Antwort, die nichts löst. Werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten und nichts mehr bestellen. Dringend abraten von diesem Bier...äh Saftladen.

Erst jetzt nach dieser Bewertung überhaupt zu antworten, der Kalender käme voraussichtlich Ende nächster Woche ( also bis 6.12.) und dann einen 10% Gutschein als Entschädigung anzubieten ist fast unverschämt. Es ist ein ADVENTSkalender.

Nach einer Online-Shop Bestellung habe ich eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten, wo ich bei Rückfragen die Adresse noreplyatbrewdog.com nutzen sollte.
Alls ich ein Anliegen hatte war diese Adresse nicht nutzbar.
Nach weiteren Mails (4x geschrieben) an helloatbrewdog.com habe ich nach einer Woche Rückmeldung erhalten, allerdings auf Englisch. Ein Deutscher Kundenservice gibt es offensichtlich nicht.

Der von mir gewünschte Umtausch von zwei Gläsern, welche im Produkt-Paket im Shop so nicht eindeutig erkennbar waren (Weihnachtsdesign, unterirdisch, sieht aus wie Window-Color) wurde als nicht möglich abgelehnt.
Der von mir gewünschte Widerruf konnte zwar durchgeführt werden, allerdings sollte ich die Rücksendekosten tragen.
Dies war sicherlich das letzte mal dass ich hier bestellt habe.

The beers are great, of course, and the website is really nicely done, very user-friendly and well designed.
The only caveat is one cannot download an invoice from the eShop account, but the customer service is top notch, Amber in particular has been really great.

Pre ordered an advent calendar that sadly got lost in the post (I imagine this was the fault of the courier rather than BrewDog), but upon following up with customer service, I was instantly offered a full refund or a new advent calendar. As an apology they also provided a £5 voucher for my next purchase. Overall my issue was dealt with really well. The customer service team at BrewDog are quick, helpful, and generous.

I am so grateful that she arranged a refund for me. That is what I call excellent customer service as you didn't have to arrange the refund as it was my online shopping error.

Very easy to order the beer online via the BrewDog website. The beer is always delivered promptly and communications about delivery are clear. If you chose wisely then free delivery makes it more price competitive to order online than to buy in the supermarket.

What a good customer service experience for a change. I had a parcel of beers turn up that had been opened beers removed and re sealed so emailed BrewDog and had a nice reply from Amber who was most apologetic and dealt with the situation immediately replacing the missing items and a few extra as compensation.

I'm not a big drinker but I do enjoy Brewdog's Lost Lager. Ordering is very straightforward and delivery is efficient. I also like the way the cans are in boxes of four as this makes storage convenient.

Sad to have to write being a big brewdog fan!

I ordered the brewdog advent calendar on the 11th November with a delivery of 3-4 working days.
I got the dispatch email on the 13th saying along with the DHL tracking number (which doesn’t work)

I emailed brew-dog on the 19th to chase the delivery and received an automated email that said a response would be up to 72 hours. (I have heard had no response)

I emailed again on Sunday 23rd November and again received the same automated email saying I would get a response from the team within 72 hours. (Again I have had no response)

It has now been 12 days of silence since the money was taken from my account and 10 days of silence since I was given then dispatch email.

I am now leaving a review in an attempt to reach someone at Brewdog, to find out where my money has gone and if I will ever recieve the goods I purchased.

Would have given them 5 stars but unfortunately their courier let them down. The glassware and beers are brilliant, never disappointed and I will continue to order from them but I will be more pro active chasing up non delivery, as soon as I contacted Brewdog the parcel arrived the next day! It amazingly appeared after sitting in the local depot for 6 days. It may be time to look at your courier and ask them to deliver what they promise, prompt delivery, professionalism and good service to yourselves and your customers. You are a 5 star company with a 1 star courier.

I purchased a reasonable quantity of beer for a dinner party and paid for next day delivery. Sadly the goods did not arrive on the defined day, the carrier used were uncontactable and eventually they arrived +5 days rather than next day. So purchase experience terrible. However customer support through Amber to organise a return and carrier collection was spot on.

Found it easy to shop on the website. Got some beer and lager for Christmas. And my wife loves the original gin

Shocking (non-existent) customer service.

Bought a lager advent calendar 1st November. Dispatched on the 4th. Hadn’t received anything by the 16th. Emailed them. No response. Emailed again, no response. On the 24th I emailed again and no response.

Finally I raised a claim through my credit card company and they responded within 3hours to say parcel was lost.

Unbelievable it took for my credit card company to get involved to even get a response. No telephone line means there’s no way of getting in contact if they don’t respond to emails.

Proceed with caution.

Prompt delivery, detailed tracking, and a quality product. A treat every week.
